KV ki Love Story

London and Love

The captain made an announcement - we are preparing for our landing at the Heathrow Airport. We expect to land in another 30 minutes. The weather outside is mostly pleasant and it looks like a bright sunny day. Please remain seated for the next 30 minutes and fasten your seat belts.

KV - so we are about to reach. Waise u said tum london ghoomne waali ho. And you are here for the first time..to kiske saath ghoomne jaa rai ho..

Vanya - no one.. actually weekdays hain na...so the colleagues there will have office other wise i would have requested somebody. I have a cousin who stays here with her husband. But same problem.. they would also have office. I can't ask people to take leave to show me London. But i will manage.. google hai na..it will guide me...

KV - waise main bi akele hi ghoomne waala tha.. and i have been here before this.. so i know the places...if you want 1-2 din i can show you some places.

Vanya - arre nai . Why would you bother its ok..i will manage.

KV - no baba main bothered hota to bolta hi nai.. achha lets do one thing.. give me your number...we will plan later agar koi plan bana to we can go together or else we will continue with our old plans. I hope that is fine.

Vanya - yes sure. I would be more than happy..i just thought you will get bothered unnecessarily.

They exchange their numbers and their hotel names. At the airport there are cars waiting for both of them so they say bye to each other and leave for their hotels.

The rest of the day both of them mostly sleep to get over the jet lag.

On Monday also both of them remain occupied with their works. But through out the day 3 to 4 times both of them get reminded of something that they spoke about which brings a smile on their faces. It was nothing like they felt anything for each other...but they just enjoyed the conversation that they had on the flight.

Tuesday morning KV calls her on her number and she takes the call. Frankly she had no expectation that he would call. She thought he was just showing his gentleman side by offering help to a girl who was new to the city.

KV - good morning ma'am.. all ready for London darshan.

Vanya - yes..i am just having my breakfast.

KV - ok. I will reach your hotel in 20 minutes. Meet me outside the hotel.

After they meet..

Vanya - where are we going.

KV - let's keep it light today.. we will see the main city...big ben..london eye.. there are some good museums here.. and buckingham palace, london bridge, trafalgar square.. if you want you can do some shopping...

Vanya - that sounds like a lot to do...i hv no choices..i will go as per your plan...

They see the city till afternoon. Vanya loved every place she visited. They found a restaurant and decided to have lunch.

During lunch they mostly discussed about their Monday meetings... and how it went for each of them. After lunch they went for shopping and actually both of them did a lot of shopping. They observed that their choices matched when they were choosing any stuff. Vanya did shopping for her parents her brother and sister..KV also bought things for his parents. They had planned that they will do shopping during day time and will go to see the remaining places in the evening. So after shopping they again went to see a few places.

After all the city darshan.. both of them were very tired.

Vanya - i think both of us are very tired. Let's go back to our hotels... we will order our dinner there in our rooms. Ab aur kahin jaane ki himmat nai bachi.

KV - hmm i think you are right. Chalo i ll drop you.

Vanya - no no... you are also very tired. I will take a cab.. and you go to your hotel.

KV - no i ll drop you.

Vanya - no i have followed all your plans since morning.. now you follow mine.. actually i have already booked a cab..it must be coming...

KV - ok ma'am..as you say.

Both of them reach their hotels.. have their dinners and sleep in no time as they were very very tired.

On Wednesday..KV calls her up in the morning..- do you want to see madam tussauds today.

Vanya - ya would love to...

KV - ok. See you at same time same place as yesterday.

That day they spent seeing the wax museum. Vanya clicks lot of pictures with her favorite celebrity wax statues.

KV also liked the place as there were wax statues of so many people associated with the film industry that he looked upto as inspiration. Their statues inspired him to work hard and achieve much more than he already did.

After entire day at the museum, they decided they would have dinner together today. KV asked her what would she want to eat..

Vanya - italian..i know it's your favorite cuisine.

KV - i m impressed.

Vanya - aise choti moti fan nai hun main.. full stalker hun.

KV - well abi to main tumhe stalk kar raha hun.

Vanya looked at KV with surprise for saying this.. they shared few seconds of awkward silence...but KV broke the silence.

KV - let's find a good Italian restaurant nearby on the internet.

They find a nice restaurant and have an amazing dinner.

KV insists that he will drop her today - i listened to you yesterday.. otherwise tum bolti ki main tumhari koi baat nai maanta.. but i don't like aise raat ko tumko akele bhejna..so please let me drop you.

Vanya - ok. Fine.

They reach her hotel and he sees her off. KV drives to his hotel. But on his way he is just thinking about her. Till now he was with her only because he thought both of them were alone in the city and they would have good company with each other. But he was feeling something special today after dropping her. Like he wanted some more time with her. He didn't want her to go. But i know her since only 3 days, he thought.. how can i feel such connection with her. With all these confusing thoughts he reached his hotel and went off to sleep.
