KV ki Love Story

An unfortunate event

The shoot has now been going on for around 2 months. As the romantic track in the movie is progressing, Ishaani is getting more and more obsessed with KV.

Sameer Khanna calls KV to his office to discuss some marketing strategy for the movie. During the discussion he bluntly asks him:

SK: you had put 1 insta post few months back about a girl. Jiska face hidden tha... so she was your girlfriend?

KV was a little taken aback by this personal question and was wondering why he was asked this. But he still replies hesitantly

KV: yes..of course.. i think the post was very clear..

SK: hmm..(he nods with a serious face).. so is the affair still on.. ya raat gai baat gai.. (he says this in a mocking tone)..

KV: (feels very offended by his statement but manages to somehow maintain a straight face).. sir i think aapko kuchh misunderstanding hui hai.. i am not having any "affair". I am in relationship with a girl..whom i love and she is still very much my girlfriend.

SK: oh!! Then its a problem..

KV: what do u mean?

SK: matlab this is a romantic film.. u and ishaani should have a chemistry both on screen and off screen.. people should see u both as ideal couple in love.. tabhi hamaari movie ko achha promotion milega.. (he pauses and thinks for a moment).. lets do one thing.. let us spread the news that u have broken up with that girl.. and u and ishaani are a couple..

KV : i am sorry sir.. i cant do any such thing.. aapko jo news spread karni hai kariye.. but if someone asks me i will deny this all to be a roumour.

SK: tum samajh nai rahe.. tum naye ho.. ye sab publicity ke liye karna padta hai.. you cant be emotional in business.. and is movie se meri beti ka future bi juda hai.. so i need to make sure everything is perfect..

KV: sir max i can do is.. till movie  comes out.. i will remain silent about my girlfriend.. not post anything about her.. not go to any public places with her or share any detail about her with media. But main break up ka jhooth nai bol sakta na hi main Ishaani ke saath fake couple ban sakta hun. I hope you understand.

The meeting ends and SK understands it is difficult to budge him. When Ishaani comes to know about what KV said.. she creates a scene in front of her father.. she mentions clearly that she wants KV at any cost..

KV goes back to shooting location while SK tries to calm down his daughter.

KV is very much distracted by the conversation he had with SK and while shooting one of the scenes he slips and falls from a height and his head and right shoulder are hit by a sharp object.

The teams panics and he is rushed to hospital.  At hospital doctor informs his right hand has a fracture and also gives stitches to the wound on his shoulder.  His head is also bandaged.

However the doctor informs there is nothing much to worry about and he can be discharged from the hospital.

As KV's mom dad had been traveling to their home town.. he called up Vikram who helped with discharge formalities at the hospital.

Vikram brought KV home and made him settled up in the room.

He spoke to few people and arranged for a full day male househelp who could help KV when Vikram is not at home.

This news also started flashing on tv and internet that Karanvir Sharma met with an accident. As usual the media hyped up the accident as a big one and said he got badly hurt.

KV gave his phone to Vikram and asked Vikram to call up his parents and inform them all before they would hear from someone else and get unnecessarily worried. He assured them he was fine and they did not need to come back to Mumbai.

Just as Vikram finished the call he saw Vanya's number flashing on KV's phone.  He picked up the call and she sounded all panicked.

Vanya: Vikram...KV ka phone tumhare paas hai.. are u with him.. i just saw the news.. how is he.. where is he.. which hospital.. i am coming there.. she bombarded him with questions.

Vik: Relax Vanya.. KV is fine.. nothing to worry.. he got discharged.. and hum ghar par hain.. he got some...

Vanya did not even let him finish his sentence.. she hung up the phone and started her car towards KV's house.

In no time she reached there and rushed to his room.. she was all teary eyed... she stood at the door of the room and saw him bandaged on head and a plaster on his hand. She also observered his shoulder injuries... she felt a pain in her heart.. she could not see him like this... but she was also relieved that it was nothing serious.. with all the mixed emotions she burst out into tears and ran and gave a tight hug to KV.  KV who was resting with his eyes closed was surprised by this and opened eyes to see her crying her heart out as she put her head inside his chest!! He carressed her hair with his left hand and told her..

KV: hey! Stop crying.. kyon ro rai ho.. i am fine.. just a small fracture and few stiches.. nothing serious... just stop crying.. (he said while continuing to caresse her head).
