/ frayed veins tied into knots / narrow arteries making room for homeless blood clots / a worthless skeleton struggling to remain intact / rotting bones, crooked nails and porcelain skin that will soon bitterly crack / burdened hummingbirds tearing the insides of a ribcage apart / worn heartstrings hanging on like a necrotic body part / halcyon organs melting like black ice / dead oceans contaminating two aquamarine eyes / sun-kissed skies fading into shadows of the night / more torment than blinding light / broken wings being cut off and plucked apart / silent cries, unvoiced sighs and implied smiles / querying two-faced mirrors for advice / the split reflection daren't respond with anything but empty lies / wail, implode and howl until someone tragically loses their mind / take flight before senseless innocence is the sole fragment left behind /
