It was halloween, and Alex was enjoying her life in a pack. As she put on her bunny halloween costume, Jordan walked out in his matching one. "Ready to go Princess?" He offered his hand. Alex took his hand and smiled. "Yes my prince." She giggled. They skipped down the street looking possibly ridiculous. It wasnt everyday you saw your 21 year old alpha, and 20 year old luna, skipping, wearing bunny costumes, and trick-or treating. We stopped at several dorms, and houses, before heading back home. Alex took a shower and got into some pajamas. When she came out of the bathroom, candlelight was coming from the balcony. Two candles were lit on the balcony handrails. A tent was set up, and an array of food was on a small foldable table. Alex ran out and hugged jordan. They crawled into the tent and got comfy under blankets. "Scooch! You're squishing me!" Alex giggled. They watching several movies. Jordan's eyes went blank. "What is it?" Alex asked. "Two wolves trying to ruin our cuddle time, I sent Ross to Jane the fight." Jordan cuddled closer. Suddenly the wifi cut out, the power too. Jordan looked around. "Something's wrong." He stood up and left the tent. Alex looked up. No stars were visible in the cloudy night sky.

I synced into the pack mind link. What's going on? Someone responded. A storm is moving quickly across the territory, get to shelter soon. Jordan looked at me. Thunder rumbled in the distance, and rain pelted down. "Ack!" I scrambled toward the door leading back inside. "C'mon Jordan!" He shook his head. "Go on in. I'll clean everything up." I went inside and crawled into bed. I must have fallen asleep because I woke up in the middle of the night to get some water. I grabbed a cup from the kitchen and filled it with water. I felt warmth all over as Jordan embraced me from behind. "What are you doing up princess..?" He asked groggily. His voice was off, and his body was incredibly warm. "Do you feel alright?" I asked. "Hm?.." he grunted. "Come on, back to bed." I shuffled him back to the bedroom.

I woke up to the morning light and chilly air. "Jordan?" I looked over at my sleeping mate, and layed my hand on his forehead. He must've caught a cold in the rain. My phone rang. "Hello?" The voice on the other line was Daniel. "Luna! Why isn't alpha answering?" He asked panicked. "He's sick." I responded. "Why?" Daniel squeaked, and a loud crash sounded from the background. "We have a huge tree blocking some pups in a den! Alpha handles this stuff!" I sighed. "I'm the luna. So I'll come." I hung up, shifted into wolf form, and ran toward the location. It was all the way on the other side of the territory, so it took a bit to get there. Once I arrived, I saw the tree blocking a small house. I shifted back to a human. "Everyone listen!" I barked. About 50 werewolves were lined up infront of me now. I directed them to different parts of the tree. We had tried to lift it, and failed. Finally we managed to push it off. The two kids ran out along with their mother. "Thank you so much miss luna!" Said one of the little boys, as he handed me a shiny rock. I took it gratefully. "Thank you so much my luna." Said one man, who was obviously the father of the boys, and the woman's mate. "Your welcome." I smiled. "Why are you in pajamas miss?" Said the small boy with a giggle. I became flustered. "See ya!" I shifted into wolf form, and ran back to the pack house. I stopped in pure rage as I saw Ross and Jordan battling outside. "Don't interfere Alex! This is important!" Ross snarled. Jordan tumbled to the ground underneath Ross. I snarled protectively. "Stop." Daniel had followed me? "He's won." Daniel pointed to Ross. "As alpha.." Ross chuckled. "I command you to be my mate!" Isnarled. "I, Alex, former luna of the Nightshade pack, Reject You as my mate." The potential mate bond was sliced in half, and I listened as Ross howled in pain. "I-I-I accept!" The pain faded as the mate bond dissapeared. "Jordan, and alex, you are now the Omegas of the pack." I heard wolves in the mind link gasp. I stumbled backwards into Jordan's arms. "It's okay." He whispered. "I accept." Jordan growled. "Alpha." He brought me back into the pack house, where we were given a new dorm on the 4th floor. I spent the day crying about how worried I was to Jordan.
I layed in bed. November had passed quickly. December was spreading joy across the pack as Christmas neared. It was only the 14th and yet everyone seemed to be already dressed like Santa-claus. I rolled out of bed. Jordan was in the dorm living room decorating. I smiled as the Christmas lights turned on. I struggled to get the star on top of the Christmas tree while he wasnt looking. "Need help?" He asked, lifting me up. "Thanks!" I finally placed it on the top. Jordan pulled held my hand. "Want to go play in the snow?" He asked playfully. I gasped, I hadnt been outside in two days! "It snowed!?" I ran over to the window childishly. "I though you knew." He chuckled. I quickly got changed into some more suitable winter clothes. We made our way down to the first floor. "Going somewhere?" Daisha asked. "To play in the snow." My mate looked at me playfully. "Have fun!" Daisha waved as we exited the building. I leaped into the 2 feet of snow. Jordan Shifted and pounced at me. I shifted and we play-fought in the snow. A snowball hit my fur and I looked up at a laughing Mikayla. I ran and pounced onto her, I tackled her as she shifted. By the end of the day, everyone we knew had played with us like pups. I leaned into Jordan, exhausted. He shuffled some money in his hands. "I'm going grocery shopping, I was thinking we could do Christmas dinner?" He asked. "Sounds great.." I yawned. "Can I come?" Jordan shook his head. "You're tired. Sleep." He leaned forward and kissed my forehead.
