I was so happy to see my Sunshine, she didn't change a bit. We didn't speak for a week and through all that time my heart ached. I ensured she was safe, I set my right-hand man to keep a close watch. I had to see to it that she was out of harm's way. I know she wasn't happy that I didn't tell her I have guns in the house, but how would I tell her I'm a gun dealer.
We left her mom's house and went back to our house.

Her expression didn't change she was still calm and I could see she was interested to know more. After about two minutes it seemed she had thought of all the possibilities and finally said,
"Are the guns straight? I mean is it legal? Are they licensed?" I assured her they were I wouldn't run so many businesses illegally and my mother surely wouldn't stand for it.
I then went on to tell her bad men want me to sell them guns illegally and when I don't give them some of them try to start conflicts. I have to always ensure I am safe and that the house is full of guns so if they break in (which they won't because the house is secured but still if it happens) I'll be able to defend myself. She seemed to understand and we changed the subject.
I asked "Your birthday is next week, what do you want? Where do you want to go?"
She smiled and said, "I'm not sure, surprise me". I smiled
She didn't have to tell me that because I had a whole trip planned. We went on the road to buy KFC and I started teaching her to drive she was a fast learner because before I knew it, Sunshine was driving as if she was the teacher and I was the student. I saw that she was so happy and I loved that, happy looks good on my baby and that's how I always want her to look.
We went back to the house.

We finished eating, took a shower together and it was the best I felt since he left.
