Like its 12:32 A.M. and I'm sitting in the corner of my living room silently freaking out like:
Hands: Either covering mouth or silently flailing around
Feet/Legs: Legs kicking up and down faster than I can run, and scrunching up into a ball.
Body: Stiff and very adrenalin-ey
Mind: Well its everywhere.
