He didn't care where he went he just ran as fast as he could. Of course he knew that Claude wasn't looking for him which made him sad in some twisted way but if he did find out he managed to leave the palace and run away he'd be furious.
It wasn't that Claude didn't love him, he did love him in his own way. But it's different now. He has Diana and suddenly he who has known the emperor for a long time was abandoned,forgotten, used like a cheap whore you could find in the streets.
It wasn't his place to have anymore. Diana filled that role now, she who was loved by everyone with her charming personality, kind smiles,and her calming aura. It made people drawn to her. She is the emperor's lover now, she who is pregnant.
To be honest i'm happy for her. She deserves this life. Not some silly man like me. I'm useless i could never do things right. Diana truly deserves the best for her and her child.
"Ack"
I tripped over a root. I shield my stomach on instinct bracing for the pain only to not come.
"Huh?" i mutter confused as to why i haven't face planted on the ground.
"Stupid" A deep and alluring voice said making me flinch and look up.
"Now wanna tell me why a pretty boy like you is doing here"
