"Morning my love" Jude called walking into the kitchen brushing his hand across my waist.
"Morning handsome" i called reaching up to kiss my boyfriends soft lips.
This morning Jude had a zoom meeting with the England Squad.
"All ready for the big meeting" i questioned
"As ready as I'll ever be babe" he smiled
This was a massive thing for Jude, the first time he had been called up for the senior squad and I couldn't be prouder of him, he deserves every bit of success that comes his way.
"Right babe I'm going to go set up my mac for this meeting"
"Okay, good luck!"
Jude smiled and walked into our bedroom to set up the meeting. I could tell he was nervous but I knew that he would be absolutely fine.
*2 hours later*
I was sat downstairs watching the telly when I heard footsteps coming downstairs. I got up off the sofa and headed towards the staircase to greet my boyfriend.
"How'd it go" I asked eagerly
Arms wide open Jude pulled me into his chest and tightly hugged me.
"It went really well" he whispered
"I'm so glad, I'm so proud of you, you deserve this so much"
Jude pulled away and looked at me straight in the eyes with a beaming smile on his face.
"I love you y/n. I couldn't of done any of this without you." he said placing his lips upon mine
"I love you always Jude"
