John Stones, my husband of now 5 years.
We met when i went to my first ever Man City match at the Etihad. It was love at first sight. I was walking down the tunnel as I had access all areas to the stadium. I was minding my own business when I bumped into a tall object in front of me (that's the best way to describe it as I didn't know if it was something or someone) I looked up and my eyes met the beautiful brown eyes of a dashingly handsome man. "I'm so so sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you"
"It's fine don't worry about it" he said
"Again I'm really sorry"
"It's fine"
"Can I make it up to you?"
"If you want?" He questioned
"My names Y/N"
"Nice to meet you Y/N, I'm John, John Stones"
Wait a minute did I just bump in to Man City's centre back John Stones no way!
"How about you give me your number" he said "and I'll take you out one time" he continued
"Sure that will be lovely" I gave him my number and he texted me his.
John texted me the next day and called it a date so from the first time we laid our eyes on each other we both knew that there was something special between us.
We had been dating for 2 years and then John decided to take me on holiday to the Maldives and he got down on one knee at a candle lit dinner and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes!
Everything has been perfect ever since and everything was going to get even more perfect as I'd found out that we were expecting our first child together but i hadn't told John yet and he was about to come home any second.
"Hey babe" he shouted as he came through our front door
"Hey, I'm in our bedroom" I shouted down the stairs
I heard him ran up the stairs as he couldn't wait to see him
"I've missed you baby" he said placing kisses on to my lips
"How was training and I've missed you too"
"It was good better now I'm back here with you" he said placing his lips upon mine
"I've got something for you" I said pulling away
"What's that?" Questioned John
"Close your eyes and put your hands out"
As he did so I went into our on suite and grabbed the pregnancy test from the draw, I walked back into the bedroom and placed it into John's hand
"You ready?"
"Yeah"
"Open your eyes"
As John opened his eyes the looked down at the object in his hands and picked it up for a closer look he then diverted his eyes to mine and said "you're pregnant?"
"I am baby, we're having a baby"
"Wow I don't know what to say, I'm over the moon"
With us both now crying into each others arms we couldn't wait for our little bundle of joy to arrive in 9 months time.
