What dumb ass John Adams does know is we are prepared for his visit to my office today. My CPO is where John can't see him. So after the meeting I head to my office and security has made me aware that John Adams is headed to my office. Oh this will be fun. Andrew is close as well. He knows what might happen. This guy thinks he is going to intimidate me. I have my taser close at hand and my CPO. Since dating Elliott I have one and Andrew has one as well. Roz is replacing Adams and Morgan once we find out what they have been doing to his assistants. We are talking to all of them at this point five have told us what Adams was doing and Morgan was covering up his activities. Well they can't now.
John Adams
I ask Stella to see her boss and she asks miss Armstrong if she can see me now?
Annette
I have five free minutes before I need to go meet a new writer. So yes he can come inside. The door opens and closes while I am loading my briefcase. Can I help you Mr Adams.
John Adams
Yes give me back Sandra Cole and you take Tim Davis.
Annette
That is not going to happen, if that is all you want we are done here. You can leave my office now.
John Adams
I must insist that you take Tim Davis.
Annette
Mr Adams I am your boss, not the other way around, so you are getting Tim Davis. It is settled. Don't push me mr Adams.
John Adams
All I am saying is the you can take Tim Davis and I want Sandra Cole.
Annette
The answer is no, now leave my office now.
John Adams
We will see about who gets who.
Annette
Is that a veiled threat Mr Adams? Because Sandra knows who she is assigned to and it is not you. I get up and open my door and tell him to go back to work now. I grab my briefcase and my purse. He seems to be still glaring at me. I walk out and he tries to block my way. Grady says let the lady move or deal with me.
John
I look at the mountain telling me to let the lady move and allow her to move. He tells me to get out of her office so she can lock it up. I move and wonder where he came from. I yell at miss Armstrong and tell her Tim is her hire not mine, she turns and reminds me I am her employee not the other way around and if I want to keep my job I would use Tim Davis and stop annoying my bosses. I am trying to block her from leaving when the guy big as a mountain tells me to move away from miss Armstrong. I allow her to move out the door, but she tells me to go back to work and remember who my bosses are. I hear her door lock and she tells her assistant to join her for the meetings.

I have a good assistant, but she has need for a flexible schedule that can work with Sandra Coles schedule. I brought the her with me from my previous job. Her name is Louisa Conner, she is Sandras cousin and why we want to have them both work for me so they can work out the schedule for child care. Once everything gets set up childcare will be available soon.

After Annette gets back with Louisa and her CPO I ask why Adams was yelling and she tells me that he was trying to force her to take Tim Davis instead and told me I had no choice about taking who he told me to take. I reminded him who his boss was and he would be taking Tim Davis because I was his boss and Sandra Cole would be working for me. He was blocking me from leaving for my meetings so my CPO told him to move and now. I locked my door after telling him to get out of my office and go back to work.

I finally got the information from all twenty ladies who had worked for Adams while at SIP, we looked into his other. All twenty had copies of their sexual harassment complaint forms against Adams. Elizabeth Morgan signed all of the complaint forms, yet they weren't in the HR files. It is her signature and they all had been fully filled out and not one thing was reported to the owner of SIP. Morgan didn't fire Adams for sexual harassment at all. None of the twenty complaints were in Adams file. Suddenly they had exit interviews in Adams files, for each of the twenty girls who filed the complaints. Morgan and Adams are being fired today and their replacements start Monday. Roz Bailey has their termination papers ready and the replacements contracts ready to sign.

No one knows I am COO of GEH yet, it hasn't been announced yet and we have to make some employee changes at SIP and GEH. I have security with me when we fire Morgan and Adams. We have copies of the signed sexual harassment complaints so we have cause to fire both. I brought in a male HR director Stuart Farmer and the new editor was Woman named Samantha Stewart.
Morgan I get called to the conference room and Roz Bailey introduces me and John to Stuart Farmer and Samantha Stewart. She explains she has replaced Elizabeth and myself with new employees. They are given keys to the conference room next door and she hands them documents to fill out for all the benefits. The CPO's come inside and she hands us our termination papers and tells us these are copies of what we were guilty of and will be getting nothing, no unemployment either. Sip is is going to sue us for our pair and suffering.
