Jisung finished his ramen quickly. Too quick for his liking. There was so much more he wanted to say. But the thought of practice reminded him that he has to go. Even if he wanted to stay a little longer.

"You eat really fast, your cheeks are too stuffed right now. Like a squirrel." Yeji said while giggling.

Jisung was usually embarassed of how he eats, most of his friends say his habit was weird because he just stuffs food in his mouth and continues to take a spoonful of food. But hearing Yeji describe it, it didn't feel too bad, he liked her laugh.

Jisung noticed a strand of noodle by the side of her face. He laughed quietly to himself but Yeji noticed it.

"Yah, why are you laughing?" Yeji crossed her arms at him but he just waved his hand. "Nothing, it's just that you have a noodle on your cheek." Yeji turned her back from him and tried to get it out herself. She turned back to him and asked if it's gone and he nodded.

She continued eating but this time, her hair got stuck in the food. She struggled holding her hair to one side, while taking a bite.

Jisung then held her hair, making their hands touch for a split second. Yeji removed her hand while glancing down, nervous at how close Jisung was now, she could see his puffed cheeks clearer now.

"You should really have a hair tie with you." Jisung cleared his throat and glanced away, continuing to chew his food, still holding on to her hair. She thanked him and tried to finish fast so Jisung won't hurt his hand for holding her hair too long.

Once finished, she moved away from him while he let go of her hair. She tucked her hair behind her ear, while glancing at her hands by her lap.

"Thanks, you should probably leave now right? You still have practice." Jisung remained silent, no one was speaking and she didn't like that. She prefer him being annoyingly talkative, so why was he not speaking?

She glanced up at him, only to find him staring.   She was about to ask why, but Jisung was only looking at him. He pulled her chair closer, making her eyes widen.

"You eat like a child." He leaned down, wiping the remaing stain from her cheeks, he moved away afterwards.

The two bid their goodbyes and went separate ways, with Jisung having the biggest smile on his face. The ramen was delicious. But eating it with Yeji made it better.

"WHERE WERE YOU? I've been calling and texting 'cause you are now thirty minutes late!" Chan said, trying nit to raise his voice so much. Jisung cast his eyes on the floor of the practice room. Everyone's eyes were on them, some scared at Chan, some scared for him.

"I'm sorry hyung. I did't notice the time, sorry." Jisung glanced at the others, but only Changbin and Minho approached them.

"I'll stay behind a bit to see what needs to be done in choreography, you go to the studio already hyung." Minho said, pulling Jisung towards him.

"Yeah hyung, let's go to the studio for now, Seungmin wants to fix something from his part." Changbin added trying to get Chan away from Jisung.

He didn't notice it at first but Chan was extremely mad. His brows were furrowed, and his fists were even clenched. Chan just stared at him before continuing.

"I don't know what the problem is, but try to take things more seriously. Everyone here is giving their all, I just..." Chan could not continue his words. But Jisung knows, out of all of them he's always the most worried.

"I know, I'm sorry hyung. It won't happen again, I promise."

"I'll practice by myself for now. Just go hyung..." Jisung wiped his sweat while looking at Minho. The older obviously looked tired, especially since he hadn't had a proper rest due to teaching him.

"Well your mistakes are not that noticeable, but be mindful of the details Jisung-ah." He nodded at his hyung who slowly grabbed his things.

"Don't stay up too late" he tapped Jisung by the shoulder before leaving. And so Jisung continued practicing but he can't get one move right. He's been repeating that part  but to no avail, he can't get the timing.

"You move your hands too much..." a voice said behind him, he saw Hyunjin leaning by the door.

"Why are you still here?"

"I could ask the same to you."

"Well too bad, I asked first." Hyunjin rolled his eyes before approaching him. He showed the move slowly.

"It's goes pam, papam pam pam..." and Jisung  followed after his count, he got it right away.

"You're not that bad I guess..." Hyunjin looked at him, who was shyly avoiding his eyes. "Well we all have to look sychronized so..." Jisung rolled his eyes at this.

"I get it, I don't dance that well, no need to rub it in." Hyunjin furrowed his brows, "Well sorry for offending you, I was just trying to help." Jisung faced him, he was supposed to say thank you but for some reason, it was never what he said.

"Well you did help, so yeah, I get the move now." Hyunjin scoffed at his comment. He headed towards the door and was about to leave but spoke again.

"Keep practicing and try not messing up on the day of performance." Jisung clenched his teeth at Hyunjin's words. He tries not to talk back, but failed.

"Whatever, if you want to leave just leave."

"Why do you have to be so difficult?" With a sigh, Hyunjin was out of sight in the practice room and Jisung was left alone to continue practicing.

Yeji was smiling throughout their dinner. She was playing with the end of her hair, twirling it.

"Well you seem to be in a good mood." She abruptly looked at her mom, who's been eyeing her. Her dad glanced as well, but she continued eating.

"I had ramen a while ago."

"Well that ramen must be cooked too good then." Her mom gave her a knowing look, mouthing something her dad can't notice

So who is he?

She tried to surpress her smile, mouthing her mom to stop teasing her. Of course her mom would know, she probably looked weird at dinner.

Although one thought made her frown.

Why didn't he ask for my number?
