You're in for one hell of a chapter.
-Cat :-)Kylie's P.O.V.
Calum, Ashton, Michael, and I sat on the couch, after I took a quick shower. We had laid here for hours, talking, watching movies, and doing whatever we could think of. It was around three o'clock by the time someone had come in.
"Kylie?"
I looked to see my brother standing in the hallway with my other brothers and sisters. I jumped from my cuddling position with Calum. I stood on my feet and watched as my siblings filed in, counting two sisters and three brothers in all. Even though me and Calum were just friends, I still blushed fiercely. I've been doing that a lot lately.
"Elliot, Caleb, Casper, Rebecca, Tiffany." I addressed them. "This is Michael, Ashton, and Calum."
"Ah, so your the kid who kept my sister out till two in the morning." Elliot stepped forward, looking directly at Calum.
Cal's eyes went wide and he swallowed hard.
"Elliot." I glared.
"I'm just joking." He rolled his eyes. "But seriously, I'm keeping my eye on you."
He looked at Calum for a moment.
"He's not the one you need to keep an eye." Michael gave a small smile.
Elliot looked at the red haired boy in confusion. "Who is then?"
Michael gulped, suddenly realizing that he had said it out loud. "Ummm,"
Elliot looked at him like he was staring into his soul. He raised his eyebrows at the boy, waiting for response.
"Erm... Well-"
"Luke Hemmings." Ashton saved Michael from having to tell him.
My brother gave Ash another confused look.
"They're completely in love." Ashton told him simply.
My blush burned brighter as my siblings stared at me in shock.
"No, he's not." I denied it once I had gained back my original cheek color. "There's no way in absolute hell he does."
"Have you even seen the way he looks at you?" Ashton said, laughing lightly.
"No, because he doesn't."
My siblings watched the whole scene go down, extremely confused.
I glared at Ashton as he shook his head yes. We stayed like this, in silence, before Rebecca spoke up. She never really talked much to me, so I was surprised when she had.
"Sounds to me like your in denial," She held a pointed look at me before turning to Ashton. "You're the one trying to show them their love for each other. And this Luke kid is secretly in love with Kylie and everybody knows it except her."
"You couldn't be more wrong." I told her. "Yes, I love Luke Hemmings. Alright? But I know for a fact that he doesn't love me and that Ashton has gone completely insane."
"Now you couldn't be more wrong."
We all turned towards the doorway to see Luke Hemmings. He held a large box. When he stepped in, he set it on the steps. He walked further into the living room and right up to me. By this time, everyone had cleared out of the room.
He looked down at me and moved the hair out of my face. He tucked it behind my ear before looking into my eyes. His twinkled like fireworks on a clear and starry night, with the Northern lights shining above them. He held my hips in his hands, his fingers wrapped around my waist. Our faces were inches apart. Tingles went up my spine as his fingers adjusted slightly.
"Kylie, I-I practiced this moment so many times before, but I couldn't pick what I was going to say. I could start off by telling you that I've loved ever since I first saw you. Maybe I could tell you every single detail that I love about you, like the way you wrinkle your nose before you wake up or that your eyes could be seen sparkling from a thousand miles away. That you have made me realize how great it is to truly love someone. Or that you made me believe that love was real. That it wasn't just something in fairytales. That you made me realize that I didn't have to follow the story book, that I could make my own pages. Or maybe the time I realized that you were the reason I would date people, in attempt to get you out of my head. It would never work. I could mention how I'd rather die than not be with you. I could explain to you what I feel when I'm around you. Like when my heart races just at the thought of ours fingers touching. Or when just one simple touch by you makes my body feel like it's on fire. I might have a heart attack, with our lips this close, our bodies almost touching, and knowing that you actually might feel the same way about me. But all I'm going to say is, I love you. I love you so much that every single living cell in my body actually hurts."
He looked down at me again with smile. I thought I was dreaming, but I knew no dream could be this good. I waited for a second to make sure he wasn't joking, which he definitely wasn't. I could tell by the look in his eyes and the way he spoke that he was completely and utterly in love with me. And I knew that I was completely and utterly in love with him too.
His eyes flickered to my lips before looking up at my eyes again. He leaned towards me and gently closed his eyes. I watched as his eyelashes rested on his soft skin. I closed my eyes and waited for the moment my heart would beat again.
I felt his soft lips hover over mine before they brushed against each other. I sensed that he had pulled back and opened my eyes.
"What's wrong?" I longed for my lips to touch his.
He looked down, cheeks red. He looked back up and made eye contact with me.
"I didn't know if you wanted to kiss me." He mumbled.
A grin formed on my face as I leaned into him, our lips almost touching, "Just kiss me dumbass."
And with those four small words, his lips were on mine.
A roaring fire erupted all throughout my body. His lips molded with mine as we moved in harmony. His cool lip ring rubbed against my hot lips, sending shivers down my spine. The kiss deepened as he ran his tongue across my bottom lip slightly. I gave into him, wanting the kiss to last as long as possible. His hand went up to my face and cupped my cheek. He used his thumb to caress my skin, sending electric waves throughout my body. His tongue entered my mouth and searched it. The feeling of his lips on mine made me feel like I was dreaming. Mostly because I had secretly imagined what this moment would be like, if it did happen. He held the back of my head as he tried to bring me as close as possible. I felt like a million lightning bolts were zapping back and forth, from lips to lips. I ran my fingers through his blonde hair, completely forgetting about the past events. With him, I felt protected.
