The next week was hell. At school I tried to avoid Bridget at all cost at one point resorting to hiding in the janitors closet. I knew how pathetic I was, but I couldn't face her. She tried to talk to me at many points, but I just put headphones in and walked the other way acting as if I couldn't hear her. Their were rumors flying all around the school saying we broke up for various reasons. Some of them were pretty close to being true. In English I just avoided eye contact at all cost. I think she knew I saw her and Nathan and was just scared to face me.
The confrontation however was inevitable. It all started on Friday after my last class of the day, anatomy. So I was already exhausted and crabby when someone ran into my back.
"Watch where you fu-" I cut myself off when I saw Bridget standing in front of me her books on the ground and headphones in her ear.
"Oh hey sorry." I mumbled as I rushed to help her pick up her books.
"It's okay. What isn't okay however is you ignoring me for a week and ditching me at that party. That was exceptionally not okay. You have some shit to explain Randall." She said putting her hands on her hips ignoring the books I was trying to put in her arms.
"Look I'm sorry I had an emergency with Mia. And as for ignoring you I have just been busy." I said avoiding eye contact. I found it hard to look at her knowing her and Nathan had something going on.
"Sure." She said drawling it out and rolling her eyes sarcastically. "Now can you tell me what's actually going on, we were friends a week ago and now you're icing me out." She said getting annoyed. Suddenly I was filled with rage. How dare she pretend we were friends than go and kiss Nathan and break our agreement.
"We were never friends." I said coldly. She looked shocked, but contained her cool.
"Than what were we?" She asks, not angrily, she just says it as if it would be ridiculous we were anything else.
"I thought we were friends, but I was wrong. We both just caught up in this stupid agreement and tricked ourselves into thinking we were friends. We are not and I think we should stop the agreement." I said what has been bouncing around in my head the entire week. I say we tricked ourselves into being friends but I think I tricked myself into much more. I think for a second I believed we were dating or something along the lines. I was wrong me and Bridget Parker would never date, we have been sworn enemies since we were kids and that is how it should be.
"Fine it's off." She said now getting angry and snatching the books out of my hand.
"And Randall we were friends, but it was a mistake. For a second I thought you were different than how you portray yourself, but I was wrong. You are a cocky cold asshole. I don't know what went wrong, but I'm glad it did I was starting to like you and that was a mistake." She said haughtily before turning on her heels and stomping out leaving me stunned. A crowd has gathered and some of them no doubt had caught that our whole relationship was a sham and Tina would no doubt catch word, but that wasn't my problem. Bridget can deal with her herself. I slung my book bag over my shoulder and pushed through the crowd. I made it to my car, but when I got home I didn't feel like going home. I haven't used my fake id in a while now seems like a perfect time to get it out.

I haven't updated in a while so I decided I would. Sorry if it's short, I just thought it was a good place to stop. I will try to update more frequently, but of course I'm not making any promises. I would like opinions on if it is going to fast, I feel like it is going to fast. Oh well I will try to slow it down.
