I let my anger flow and every time I think of that bitch calling my phone and leaving that message. I got angrier. I went to the wall where my phone had hit and grabbed it. It was cracked which pissed me off more. I called up Spears.

"Hello"

"What The hell are you doing?"

"Excuse me? Who is this?"

"Its beyonce. You know the lady whose daughter you're supposed to find."

"Yes I'm sorry ms. Knowles we are doing everything we can right now. I just ask that you are patient and you let me do my job."

"What are you doing right now?"

"I'm in my bed right now.."

"Ohhhh so while you're laying comfortably in your bed my daughter could be hurt right now. Wow how wonderful. Its good to see how much you care."

"Ms. Knowles I needed a break."

"A BREAK. YOU WANTED A MOTHER FUCKING BREAK. YOU NEED TO FIND HER .WHILE YOU CHILLING THIS WOMAN IS CALLING MY PHONE SAYING SHE HAS MY DAUGHTER DEMANDING MONEY I DONT FUCKING HAVE. SO GET THE FUCK UP."

"Wait she called you?"

"Yes she said she had Gabrielle and she wants 9000 dollars or she'll hurt my baby"

"Ms. Knowles come to the station and I'll see if I can get the number and trace it back to the user."

"Alright I'll be there in a few minutes. Be there"

"Yes ma'am"

Detective Spears POV

I was laying in my bed when my phone rang and Ms. Knowles started cursing me out. I wasn't that taken back by it because she has every right to be upset. She got a call from the kidnapper and I plan on figuring out who it was so we could get to the end of this whole issue.

I got dress and thought about Beyonce. Its a shame she has to go through this. She is a single mother trying to provide for her daughter and hold down a job while dealing with her dumb ass ex. She doesn't deserve this. She is too beautiful and smart for that. I grabbed my wallet and gun from my dresser a left.

I drove to the precinct and saw Beyonce sitting on the chair with red eyes and scrubs. She mustve just got off of work.
"Ms. Knowles"
She looked up and hoped out of the chair. She seemed relieved to finally see me.

"Hello Detective"
"Come with me"

She followed and we went to my office.
"Ms. Knowles can I hear the message?"

Bey replayed her message and I checked the number. I headed to my tech guy and he confirmed it was a pay phone in Queens.

"Alright Ms. Knowles we found the area in which the call came from it was in flushing Queens. We'll have to get in touch with the precinct in Queens which may be hard to do with the past we have. Now once we get their cooperation well have to che---"

"Listen Detective I don't care what you do to find my daughter. Just find her oh and detective take this picture of Gabby so you can see what she really looks like, it might help" Ms. Knowles grabbed her purse and left my office. I shook my head and smiled, that woman sure has a lot of sass. I immediately got on my phone and phoned the D.A over at the Queens precinct off of 99th.

"Hello, This is Ross"

"Hello, this is Detective Spears in the Bronx. I'm working a missing child's case and our lead is in Queens. We were hoping to get a taping of the call maybe some time around 11 yesterday night."
