S1,E4solange stared at them with wide eyes. She had woken up about ten minutes ago to the two of them sitting on the edge of her bed, staring at her like two creeps.
They were there on a mission; to get her to be Mason's fake girlfriend for a while.
"No, what? No!" She shook her head, her throat was dry and she rubbed the excess tiredness out of her eyes.
"Come on Solange! It'll be fun" Declan whined while he casually sat leaned back against the wall.
"I don't get how being with Mason is fun"
"I mean-it can be sometimes, you do have to get used to the stubbornness and all that at first"
"The big ego too"
"I'm right here" Mason rolled his eyes, he laid on his side on her bed, propped up by his elbow.
"I'm only joking, mate" Declan shot him a smile before he turned back to Solange "Please Solange, you'll do us all a favor"
"How am I doing us a favor?" Solange furrowed her eyes at them and pulled on a white hoodie over the liverpool shirt she wore to sleep. She stood up and slipped her feet into the slippers.
"Well for starters, the girl's been running her mouth about Mase, and everyone he hangs out with-she's friends with bloggers and you see Solange, that's not good for his image, is it?" Declan started and the two of them stood up to follow the girl down the flight of stairs.
"Think about it, Mason was known for being the golden boy of Chelsea, but now he's labeled as a cheater and an abusive boyfriend, that's not good for the management"
"She ain't done nothing to me" Solange shrugged and entered the kitchen. She grabbed a plate and put two pieces of bread into the toaster.
"Trust me, she will when she finds out who you are. Secondly; she's literally a psychopath, she's a control freak-"
"She called me the other day, mad because I was seen with a new woman" Mason chimed in as they took a seat on the barstools by the kitchen counter.
"Yes, thirdly-Hi Benji" Declan greeter her younger brother who sat next to them, slowly chewing on a piece of toast "thirdly; well, Mase wants her back"
"Are you done?" She sighed at Declan.
"No, and lastly; it's good for Mason's image after the rumours Mariah created" Declan took a sip of the orange juice Solange had poured up for him.
"Alright, my turn. This is gonna be a mess, Marie-"
"Mariah" Declan corrected her.
"Mariah, hasn't done anything to me, I barely know the girl. Secondly, I don't care if she's a control freak, again; she hasn't done anything towards me. Thirdly, I don't need to be anyone's girlfriend for a 'career boost', I'm fine on my own. Plus; I am not going to be apart of some scheme to get your girlfriend back, Mason"
Her toasts popped up, signalling that they were done. Solange placed them on the plate and spread a click of butter over them. Seeing them melt satisfyingly, she bit into the one closest to her hand.
"Please Solange" Mason spoke up after a while.
"Yeah, come on Solange, think about all the football games, clubs and parties you'll be invited to" Benjamin snorted, even he knew what a dumb idea it was.
Solange rolled her eyes at her brother "I already do get invited, our brother plays football if you've forgotten"
After realising that they wouldn't get far, Declan and Mason left the house together.
"That was entertaining" Benjamin snorted while he finished his breakfast.
She shrugged "We're going out to eat later"
"At that fancy restaurant?"
"Yeah"
Mason and Declan were just chilling in the living room when Declan suddenly spoke up "Stop stalking her"Mason turned to him with wide eyes, wondering how in the hell he knew that.
"I trust my intuition and right now, it's telling me that you're stalking a certain ex" Declan narrowed his eyes at Mason and snatched the phone out of his hand "She's not even that attractive" Declan mumbled as he watched the new instagram post.
Mariah was stood in a crop top and a pair of baggy jeans, holding a package of gummy-bears while the caption advertised it as 'vitamin'
"She hasn't texted me or anything, should I text first?" Mason whined and laid down on the sofa.
"I think that you should focus on someone else, perhaps Solange? Now is the perfect time, she's literally right in front of you!" The West Ham player exclaimed while he threw the phone back to Mason.
"No way, Dec. Solange would never in a hundred years fall for me" Mason stated and propped himself up by his elbows to look at Dec.
"You never know, a lot has changed, it's been like years, mate"
"Nope"
"You just want Mariah back because you don't want the last years with her to be a total waste. Change is good, you know?"
