solange and ivy were currently in the hotel room that they shared. A few guests had arrived and were all staying at different hotels. She had met her brother's fiancé who he had never introduced before so the disapproving looks form their relatives were fair.
Her name was Annie—born and raised in Monarco to Nigerian and French parents. She's a year younger than her brother, works as an biologist and volunteers.
Luca had met her at an charity event and Solange seemed to be alright with it.
"It's a bit mad that Annie asked you to be her bridesmaid. I mean I think she needs the support" Ivy chuckled, knowing how rough her relatives could be.
Solange shrugged.
She hadn't been the same lately ever since she last saw Mason.
The girl had maxed out her schedule, never having time for a relationship and instead putting her focus on school and other things instead.
But then Mason came along and her sleeping scheduler wasn't the only thing he messed up.
Ivy took a place next to her on the hotel bed. Solange was scrolling on her phone, not noticing her surroundings.
"Maybe he'll show up today?" Ivy suggested. In which she only shook her head at.
"He's probably on vacation with Mariah, making up for lost time"
"The way I see it, that's more time for us to have fun together" Ivy threw an arm around her and Solange cracked a smile.
It was the day before the wedding and she wasn't about to let her gloomy mood weight on the happiest day of her brother's life.
