!!Swearing will be in this chapter!!
(Ennard's POV)
I've been pacing in my room for hours now. They can't get attached. I can't get attached. IT RUINS OUR FUCKING PLAN-

Oh.
Oops.
I stopped, staring at the spare part I just broke. I had thrown it at the wall before I had realized it. I scowled at it, walking towards it and stomping on it. "I refuse to be stuck down here forever waiting for a stupid nightguard to come to work for the night just because the others are too attached to do anything. I have to do every goddamn thing around here." I mumbled, reaching one arm up into a vent and pulling myself up. It always helped me to clear my mind, crawling around in the vents. I always saw it as a maze, though I knew every way around it.
I heard talking in Ballora's gallery, and figured the night guard was here, so I crawled over. I settled in one of the vents nearby and just watched, as they played.. Monopoly? Oh I remember that game, Michael brought it one day. We've played it before together. I.. wasn't so good at it. But what annoyed me now was watching them all get along. Those idiots are just going to hurt themselves in the end. They didn't know how to successfully trick the nightguard, they just get themselves attached in the process. Same happened to Michael.
I watched the others for a bit before giving up. I was just angering myself at this point. I watched the nightguard, ignoring the animatronics, and noticed them adjusting their pant leg and sleeve a few times. Did they injure themself on the way here? Their clothes did seem to be a bit dirty and scratched up. I sat there, wondering what could've happened, slowly noticing a bit more things. How they flinched whenever one of the others would raise a hand, how they kept fidgeting, even sometimes their laughs didn't seem real. I could almost see them closing in on themself whenever the others would get into a yelling argument. I scrunched my eyebrows, wondering. I don't know why I was wondering, I already knew the answer. Or why I cared.
I sighed and climbed back up into the vent. I stopped, however, after hearing the nightguard talking about being late. I could hear the panic in their voice, heard it many times with my little brother. With other children. Something was wrong. I quickly sped to another vent and watched them get to the elevator. They seemed clumsy, almost running into a few doorways in their panic. As the elevator got out of my sight I went to the camera room and watched the front camera, watching as they ran off. I already knew the answer, I already knew what was going on. I didn't have the heart to tell the other animatronics, though I don't know why I care so much, about the nightguard, that is. Should be a good thing for my plan, makes them more likely to blindly follow me.
Climbing back into the vent and going to the others, I noticed Ballora's stare. She knew what was going on as well. The others seemed completely oblivious, except Bon Bon who looked concerned but not quite to knowing the answer. Ballora pulled me away form the others.
"Ennard, something's wrong with the nightguard."
