Axels point of view

She looks so peaceful when she sleeps. The frown worry lines have been erased, it's too bad she doesn't know we are mates yet but she will, soon. I hope that she is who I think she is and based on the way her body is healing i know I'm right. Her father an alpha of a neighboring pack i've heard horrible rumors about their Luna. And based on what I saw with Katherine I think they might be true. my wolf is going insane even thinking about someone hurting our mate. He wants to kill whom ever is doing this. But I won't until I know that we are mates for sure, when she turns 18 she will hopefully shift and welcome me as her mate. I really need to explain what is going to happen to her when she turns even if she doesn't believe me. my wolf and I watch her intensely as she sleeps we will wake her up soon to make sure her concision isn't that bad. But then she twitches and I hear a bone snap, i jump up ready to carry her outside. but then she wakes up with a jolt rubbing her arm i faintly hear the bone click back in place. when she sees me a loud scream erupts from mouth.
"Wha...what are you doing," she stammers
"I was just about to wake you up to make sure you were okay." I say shyly. she nods and i hear her body fall against the pillows.
"Can I ask you something," I say
"Sure" she says hesitantly.
"When is your birthday?" I ask
"It's funny you say that cause my birthday happens to be tomorrow." she replies. An o forms with my mouth
"Tomorrow we need talk, it's very important you keep an open mind and don't think I'm crazy. but it can wait until tomorrow." i say cautiously. I can see her close her eyes and her breath deepens as she falls into a dreamless sleep.
