Coming Together

Paige leaned back in the hammock, a small grin playing on her face. She had Kendall and Mikey, Brooke and Nick, and now Maddie and Josh.

Everything was coming together... slowly but surely.

As she looked up at the bright blue sky and all of the beautiful scenery, she couldn't help but feel a bit guilty. This whole boyfriend switching idea wasn't really something she'd come up with on a whim.

It was actually carefully planned and suited to her own selfish needs. Paige felt insanely awful about it, but it drove her mad. All of her friends were in adorable, happy relationships while she was stuck with a guy who was not-so-secretly in love with one of her best friends.

She just wanted a relationship where she would be loved and appreciated. Maybe it was a little extreme to pressure all of her friends into giving up their boyfriends... but the deed was already done. Why stop now?

Paige sighed and looked up at the sky once more.

"Please, please, please let this work."
