We yern for it.
We crave it.
We seek it out.
Everyone needs love.
Be it platonic,
Paternal,
Or romantic.
But each one has a different feeling.
A different way it calls to you.
With platonic love,
We crave a friend.
Someone to talk with,
To laugh with,
To share secrets with.
With paternal love,
We seek a parent.
Someone who will love us unconditionally,
Who will be there when we fall,
And guide us through life with a warm smile.
And finally with romantic love,
We go many different ways.
We crave someone to share memories with.
Someone to laugh with,
To cry with.
Someone who will whisper sweet nothings in your ear to soothe you.
Someone who will cuddle you for no reason at all.
Someone who will kiss you sweetly,
And do anything to make you smile.
We most often look for romantic love once we reach a certain age.
Though not everyone does.
However,
It goes without saying,
We all need some form of love.
Love makes the world go round.
