Beautiful Mistake

Chapter 6

"Layla wake your ass up, I want to be able to say goodbye to a conscious Layla not one half asleep" I screamed through the zoom trying to get Layla to stay awake with me. Today was the day my mom was taking me to be dropped off with my sister.

"But Anna I'm tired!!" She hissed at me through my computer.

"Well maybe don't stay up till the sunrises knowing I'm gonna call at 7am sharp like you wanted!" I replied back.

"Fine I'm awake! So are you ready?" She asked me as she turned her on soft but dim light just enough to where I can see her awake face.

"Well good morning" I joked to Layla as I could now see her face "& no, yes? FUCK I don't know! I'm lowkey kinda nervous!"

"Like I said Anna you'll be fine! Now finish getting your ass ready & out the door so I can go back to sleep, love you & all but ya girl is tired" she told me with a fake smile.

"WOWWWW ok I see how it is" I replied before we both started laughing.

After the car ride up to meet up with my sister, my mom & Kace had hurried me into the car so I couldn't hear their conversation or see what was going on. My sister then loaded the big cardboard box my mom had stuffed in the back seat before leaving my house into her car. I wasn't stupid & I'm also nosy so I had already knew it was party decorations that were gonna be put up sometime between Tennessee or Indiana. But I kept that little secret to me self.

As my mom & kace we're talking I had looked to my right & saw Vinnie, Anthony & Dalton all load grocery & drink into The back of vinnies car, they were parked a couple spots way because my mom didn't know they were coming with us.

Oh & the talk my mom had with my sister back in March was my mom telling kace "no boys" 😂😂 like that aged well. But like every teenager what moms don't know what hurt them.

"Omg I'm so nervous" I whispered to my self as I took a sip from my favorite sonic drink my sister had got for me before I arrived.

Soon after my sister finally got in the car, & we took off around the side of the grocery store in hopes that my mom didn't see where we went & obviously the guys followed behind but at a distance while also making sure my mom was leaving.

"Has she left yet?" Kace asked Dalton as she got out of the car.
"Uh no she was just sitting there" Dalton replied to my sister

"Fuck ok just follow behind us we'll go a parking lot near the interstate up the road" my sister told Vinnie who was driving his car.

"ok" he said before getting in.

"Omggg I'm like so nervous but excited, this is gonna be a good trip" I said before my sister started playing the playlist I had made for me & her to use when we see each other.

Sweet my psycho was being blasted though my sisters car speakers as she rolled the windows down making out hair fly everywhere, as we made our way throughout the backroads of North Carolina.

Finally after 30 mins we come to a parking lot right before the interstate ramps.
Me & Dalton switch spots so I could ride up there with Vinnie & Anthony.

"Up the road my ass" Vinnie joked to my sister before rolling back up his car window.

Finally we were off to the cabin & on our trip
I was super nervous & in need of a/c quick & constantly, this man made me feel some type of way, I always got nervous around him, maybe I really was falling for Vinnie.

"So how was the ride up here?" Vinnie asked which pulled me out of my nervous thoughts.
"It was good, I was just ready to get up here" I said answering his question

After about an hour of casual talk
I had made a joke about something which led Vinnie  to then place his hand on my thigh, I had them made a small comment

"Sorry I'm so hot" as said honestly talking about me physically not mentally to hype my self up, which I guess sounded the opposite way to Vinnie which caused him to remove his hand "oh my god" Vinnie said before laughing at my comment.

Finally after 2 hours we were finally in Tennessee.
The first place we went to a moonshine distillery, Where My sister and Anthony wanted to take a couple taster shots.

After about 10 taster shots, & a small trip into a wine store we were finally out on our way to cabin

With all of our arms crammed with our bags we all went to our rooms & claimed our side of the bed, while we did that I got forced upstairs by my sister so she could obviously set up the cute decorations that my mom had bought for me. After about 20 mins later Vinnie comes up stairs & see that I don't have the tv on & that the wifi wasn't working. So he really tried to become a damn tech guy & fix it, which had me giggling every few seconds.

He eventually fixed it & I had turned on the best show that I could find that was on SpongeBob.
He then walked over to me giving me a hug & a cute forehead kiss before the bedroom door swung open revealing my sister who said it was good for me to come downstairs.

At the end of the stairs was a cute gold circle confetti which filled floor along with a happy birthday banner & balloons everywhere.
"Omg I love it" I said as I was smiling so happily from ear to ear!
This definitely was gonna be a great trip.
