Beautiful Mistake

Chapter 8

7am bright & early not even 3 hours after me & Vinnie had fallen asleep we hear the neighbors above us on the hill using a speakerphone to scream into it, we both turned to each other and laughed.
"Wtf was that" he asked while being so confused
"Probably the neighbors" I said.
We had became friends with the neighbors yesterday after asking to borrow their pitcher for Jell-O shots to which we re-paid them by bringing them all some which they seemed to enjoy ALOT!
A couple hours later we awake from our sleep.
"Good morning beautiful" Vinnie whispered in my ear once he noticed I was awake.
I giggled as my heart fluttered & my face turned bright red "good morning to you too" I said back.

A few moments later we hear my sister walk done the stairs & knock on our door to see if we were awake
"Good morning, who's hungry?!"
"We'll definitely is!" I said replying for my and Vinnie
Finally after another cute morning cuddle sesh I got up & got dressed, my outfit was dark jeans with my new high top converses my sister had got me for my birthday along with vinnies hoodie.

After breakfast we all piled into Kaces car & headed to go do some go-karting. Me & my mom had make it a thing where one of the days we were there or the last day she would take me to go ride to-karts.
Once there we all rode the go-karts which I ended up coming first place in each time which confused Kace, & Dalton considering I was in the very back on the line.
"How- how did you manage to get first each time?" Dalton asked me with nothing but confusion on his face.
"it's really not that hard, you just have to know how the turns are, the way the track works and when the right time to pedal to the metal the hell out of the thing. And also I play GTA all the time which has me always moving around cars very fast and semi unsafely. So I tend to make good decisions when it comes to driving go-karts" i responded back answering his question.
"We good job then kid" he said as he was giving me a high-five.
"Yeah that's my girl" Vinnie said to me
To which I smiled to his cute but heart warming comment that attacked my stomach & filled it with butterflies, which made me fall for him more.

Kace then really wanted to go show shopping so we all got back in the car & headed on our way to the mall.
An hour later she came out of the store all giddy before rushing to the car before it started pouring rain. Once all in the car she shows off her new boots
"I literally love them so much! I can't wait to wear them" she said while twirling them around as if her hands were a display table.
"Those are pretty" I said compliment her & her good choice of boots.
"Thank you Anna"

"I'm super excited for this but also scared" I said as we made our way to the ticket booth so we could all purchase our tickets for the Ripleys Haunted museum, a place I've had always wanted to go to, but the people I always went with were too scared.
"Here you all are- enjoy the scare" the ticket booth attendant said to all of us before handing us our tickets.
Once inside we all formed a train of people with Kace in front being brave & leading the way even though she hates being scared, then me, Dalton, Vinnie and last but not least Anthony.
After we finished the I had immediately wanted food so we decided to go ahead & head over to Dick's last resort a restaurant when the waitresses can being mean to you but in a funny comedic way.
My sister being the way she is she made sure to tell our waitress that it was my birthday
"Uh also it's her birthday!?" Kace said to our waitress
"Ok you come on" our waitress pointing to me demanding that I follow behind her, she grabs a chair and tells me to stand up it.
"YO ATTENTION EVERYONE, ITS THIS GIRLS BIRTHDAY BUT OBVIOUSLY WE DON'T CARE RIGHT? Our waitress screams at everyone that was in this building.
"SO BECAUSE WE DON'T CARE SHE'S GOING TO STAND ON THIS CHAIR & SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HER SELF. She yelled to the rest of the audience.
So As I was standing on the chair I started to scream sing happy birthday to me, to which she thought wasn't loud enough to then which caused us to go into a screaming battle- once finished instead of everyone clapping they all booed. Too then which lead my dumbass to yell "SHUT THE FUCK UP" in front of not only the waitress, not only my sister and our friends, not only the entire building but also in front of the tiny little cheerleaders that we're here for competition as well.
Once off the chair I went back to my seat to which Kace & all my friends was laughing their ass off at what I just had to do.

Once all that was over we decided to go across the street and play at the arcade for a few hours until dark. A lot of candy and arcade prizes won later, we all finish the night by going across The skyline bridge & watching the sunset from the top of the mountain. It was super beautiful.

Once we made our way back down off the ski lift, we all made our way back into the car and headed our way back to the cabin
"I had such a great day, & a great trip" I said to my sister as this was our only alone time on the trip as we made our way up to the neighbors to give them some of The last few Jell-O shots.
"Yes it was, I hope we can do more like this" she said before making her way up their stairs into the neighbors deck.

The boys were back at our cabin setting up to play "Kings" & Drinkopoly.

"Ace!" Kace yelled knowing I hate that card when playing "kings".
"Fuck no!" I groaned knowing either Dalton or Anthony would try & fuck me over.
"Ok...3...2...1...Go" Kace says as she stats to chug her drink, along with all of us doing the same.
After we all finished chugging, Kace then placed her card under the black cherry whiteclaw tab causing it to pop, meaning she had to shotgun the entire can.

"Fuck me man" Kace mumbled under her breath but we all heard it, as she grabbed the can, her keys & made her way outside so she could get it over with.
"Here goes nothing" Kace said as she popped the can and began to chug.
Once she was done we all went back inside & played an unfinished round of Drinkopoly before we all went out own ways & all went to sleep.
