Soon, April became May, then June, and finally, July, meaning it was finally time for their summer and most importantly, the Fukurodani Academy Group Training Camp.
It was going to be Kenma and Akaashi's first training camp, the first not looking forward to it and the second the opposite, and Bokuto and Kuroo's second training camp.
"I really just wanted to spend summer playing games," Kenma mumbled while sitting next to Kuroo.
They were both on their way to Fukurodani Academy because that was where the week-long training camp was being held.
"It'll only be a week out of your summer and it's really fun too! You get to practice with other teams, make new friends and play volleyball!!"
"Fun for social and energetic people like you, torture for antisocial and lazy people like me." Kenma corrected him.
"Seriously though, it'll be fun. Plus, I could probably introduce you to Bokuto. He's a really nice person."
"You already introduced me to him, remember?"
"I did? Oh yeah, I did! What do you think of him?"
"He's... definitely unique." Kenma replied, looking out the window.
He didn't want to insult Bokuto because he definitely did not see him in a negative light, for now at least, but he was just so different from most people he knew so 'unique' was the word he chose to describe him.
"I have no clue if that's a good or bad unique but hopefully it's a good one."
"It is."
'I think.'

"Come on, Akaashi!!! They're gonna arrive really soon!!!"
"Again, you still haven't told me who 'they' are," Akaashi said, sighing.
"Whoops! I'm talking about Nekoma."
"What about Nekoma?"
"My best bro is from Nekoma!!! His name is Kuroo Tetsurou and he's the one with the rooster hair."
"What's he like?" Akaashi asked. He was going to keep note of this in his head so he could make a profile for Kuroo in his head. Information was always something he found useful and something he liked having at all times.
"Hm... He's around my height but I think I'm a bit taller and he plays middle blocker. Oh! He also has a short, blonde friend named Kozume Kenma too!" Bokuto said, oblivious to the fact that Akaashi was taking note of everything he was saying.
"It would make sense with his height. What about his attitude? How does he word things and what sort of tone does he use?"
"I dunno. We usually joke a lot with each other and tease each other a lot. I guess that's about it."
"So, he's going to be another loud idiot to deal with." Bokuto burst out laughing, not realizing that he was the other loud idiot that Akaashi was referring to when he said 'another'. Either way, Akaashi was only partially serious about the insult, which was evident in how he said it.
"Maybe. I think you'll like Kozume though. He's a setter like you are and a first year."
"How do you know all this? Have you talked to him before?" Akaashi asked, ready to create another mental profile for whoever this Kozume Kenma person was.
"Not really. I talked to him once but he doesn't seem to like people much."
"How about his appearance?"
