After the events of New York, I had gone back home to D.C. doing more missions with Nat...Steve Rogers eventually moved here and joined us.

I would never admit it but I eventually visited the Smithsonian and saw the Captain America exhibit. It was nice to know him more.

Nick eventually decided to split Nat and I up on missions. Right now she is in Russia, she's going to be there for three weeks. I was left to stay with creepy Rumlow, the Strike Team, and Steve.

Nick informed me of a new mission and gave me my job, I had to get Steve and bring him back to shield. I send him a quick text and speed through the busy streets, I quickly pull up to the curb that I told him to meet me at and roll down the passenger side window.

"Hey, fellas. Either one of you know where the Smithsonian is? I'm here to pick up a fossil." I say to Steve and another man.

Steve smiles at me, "That's hilarious." He gets in.

The other man squats down and smirks, "How you doing?"

"Hey." I smirk, biting my lip.

"Can't run everywhere." Steve shrugs.

"No, you can't."

I quickly drive off, "Where we goin now?"

"We'll tell you on the Jet." I quickly turn.

After suiting up, we step into the Jet with the rest of the Strike team

After suiting up, we step into the Jet with the rest of the Strike team.

After a couple hours Steve approaches me, "You should really invest in a stealth suit." Steve chuckles as he puts his shield on his back.

"Nick knows that this is the only suit I'll work in." I look up at him, "Besides....I don't need a dark suit to sneak around."

"Damn right." Rumlow points at me. "She's always sneaking up on us."

I roll my eyes, "Никто не разговаривает с тобой, говнюк." (No one is talking to you dipshit.)

"What's that mean? Sound sexy." Rumlow jokes.

"It's a secret." I turn as we all gather together.

"The target is a mobile satellite launch platform: The Lemurian Star. They were sending up their last payload when pirates took them, 93 minutes ago."

"Any demands?" Steve asks.

"A billion and a half."

"Why so steep?" Steve asks.

"Because it Shield's."

"So it's not off-course, it's trespassing." Steve nods.

"I'm sure they have a good reason." I shrug.
