Most mornings she'd wake up with a smile adorning her lips. However, something in her gut was indicating that something was amiss.

Stirring.

Which left the princess feeling queasy.

Rising from her bed, she had easily walked to her closet and bathroom, grabbing her dress for the day, considering she couldn't train today with her duties for the day. Otherwise, she would have worn her Crownsguard attire.

Brushing through her long locks of hair, she than began to style it; braiding one part of it and securing it in place with a bobby pin before putting up the rest of her hair.

Deciding that it looked good enough, she then sighed to herself as she glanced down at the mascara and lip gloss laying in front of her on the marbled counter of her bathroom

A pair of golden heels to match before she heard a knock on her door. Approaching the door, she opened it to reveal Ayla; with an expressionless face as she looked at the other female.

"Your Highness. The King had requested you to be guarded at all times today. We are having a...Visitor today. He has asked me to escort you around for the day. He also requests you to wear your crown."

Halting in her motion, Estella could only look over the female with uncertainty.

Did she hear her right?

Her father was asking her to wear her crown today?

It must be someone important or worrisome if he was asking her to do such a thing.

"I see...Very well. And guarded at all times today? By you or others?"

"Myself mostly. But I do believe the Marshal will not be available today. He has to attend to something. Apparently the King is dispatching some of the Crownsguard out of the city for some task. Though, even the Marshal doesn't have many details."

Listening to the red-haired woman, Estella could only furrow her eyebrows as she found the protective case that protected her crown from dust or being stolen should someone be dumb enough to try such a thing. Her gut was screaming at her at this point that something was coming. Her churning stomach was indicating just as much. Dismissing the worrisome thoughts troubling her mind, She pulled out her crown and held it gently in her hands. Standing in front of the mirror, she made sure to place it gently on her head. Ensuring that it would stay in place.
