"You know you shouldn't have done that. Now look you have a swollen eye" you said treating the younger's wounds. He didn't replied just growled and listened to your lecture like a lost puppy who has returned home."I was not in my right mind but I couldn't control when I heard what he had done. We can't even understand what Youra must have gone through all this time and if she had not told about this too me, she had continued to suffer. All this for a kid, isn't too much? And you ask why I did that. He deserved, he deserved each slap and punch."Jungkook retorted.

You didn't said anything back because even you knew he was right. Now you didn't want to look back on what happned today, you just wanted to have a peaceful life and that was only possible if you divorced Hoseok for which you had already made up your mind.

"So, you're leaving him right? Don't tell me after all this you still have feelings for him?" Jungkook asked seriously and you just sighed. Those feelings were long gone and all you felt was empty. Maybe it was a big step in your life but it's not only important for you but also for Youra and you were not stepping back this time no matter what.

"I have already decided what I am gonna do. I have decided to divorce him. As the lawyers I know are surely gonna take his side no matter what, afterall they work for Jung's. So, I need your help. If you can ask your lawyer, I mean uncle's lawyer it would be a great help." He pushed your forehead with his fingers and smiled. "Even if you hadn't asked, I would have still helped you. So don't worry I would make sure you divorce him as soon as possible. Now it's better if you go to Youra's room. She needs you more right now"

"You know Jungkook Youra is lucky to have an uncle like you and I am lucky to have a great brother like you." you said becoming a emotional but instead of replying to it he shooed you away to Youra's room.

"Y/N, I have called Mr.Min our lawyer. So, drop by his office today to have talk regarding your divorce. So,he can start to do the paperwork.Though I have already given him all the details."Your uncle said after you returned dropping Youra to school. "I will make sure to drop by his office during my way back from work"

"Are you still going to work there? Knowing what he has done, are you sure you can see bear his face?" Your aunt asked concerningly.

"Ofcourse I will go to work. When Mr.Jung was alive he had equally distributed everything he had between us. Hoseok knows if I divorce him half of the property will be gone and that's why it's gonna affect him more. If I want I can leave everything in his name but I won't. I have worked hard on everything through years and I won't let everything slip from my hands like that. He used to think if he has me he has my part too and can exploit me and what I own. And if I don't show up to office he will think I have given up and he will probably try other means to keep me with him. At least if I am around him I will know what's going on his mind." Hearing this from you they just nodded in agreement.

When you went to office you found Hoseok already waiting for you in your cabin. "I knew you would come. I just wanted to say let's forget what happened yesterday can we talk right now like adults instead of throwing punches" he tried to act like his usual self.

Like nothing has happened, like he had not cheated on you, like your daughter had not seen him fucking your sister. You wanted to slap him hard but you knew it would make situation more worse.

"Yeah,sure. Let's talk like adults. So, see you on the day of divorce. We can have a talk legally. Tell your lawyer about this too"

"Y/N, that's not it. You're taking descions in hurry, ple-"

Before he could speak more you cut him off in between"Hoseok, leave. I don't want to have any kind of talk right now" Seeing he was dejected he left but before leaving he tried once again and left few documents on your table saying you should read it atleast if you're not ready to hear him.

After your hectic day, you decided to go and meet the lawyer. You knocked on the door of Mr.Min's office and heard him allowing you to come in. "Hello, Mr.Min I am Y/N. I am here to talk about my divorce." You said forcing a smile on your face. He smiled and asked you to take a seat as he got busy finding some paper.

"Here's the documents I had prepared for you as Mr.Jeon already had told me everything. Right now everything is clear for your divorce seeing the information and documents." He said with a proud smile though seeing your face his expressions immediately changed. "Is there something wrong? Did I do some mistake while preparing the papers?"

"No, there's nothing wrong with the papers. It's just these documents which my husband had given might create problem in procedure of the divorce. So, I am kind of worried about it. Here, this is it" you said sliding the papers which Hoseok had given you in the morning. He immediately took it and analyzed it. "Miss Y/N, do you know what this is?"

"The accusations he has put on your name are quiet serious and it can affect you from having custody of the child. Though there's a way which can easily have the descion in your favour but I don't think so it would be something you would accept to do at such a critical moment."

"It's ok. I am ready to do anything for Youra just name it out" It was true. At this moment you were ready to do anything to have her custody. You knew Hoseok would do something but you never knew he's gonna use Youra too. He knew you would never leave her and if he's able to keep Youra he would be able to keep you but if there's a way to get away from this, you were more than ready to do it.

"Y/N, you would have to marry again and show court that you have a suitable partner, who's capable of taking care of you and your daughter"
