Claire

I shook as I got out of the taxi and stared at the house-mansion- in front of me. Nervous as I was, I had to confront Zayn. What he did to Jill was unacceptable, and I had to stand up for her just like she did for me so many times. I took a deep breath and forced myself up the driveway, I knocked on the door, my heart jumping up my throat. I looked around, hoping there wasn't anyone around to snap any pictures and cause a commotion. I quickly went over my plan once more in my head as I waited for the door to open.

"Claire..?" I jumped and looked over at Zayn, who was confused, but also biting back a laugh. I switched my composure back to serious as quickly as possible.

"Zayn. What was going through your mind last night!?"

"What are you..." he started to ask, but a look of realization crossed his face before he finished "oh.."

"Yeah, oh. Look, Zayn. Jill is my best friend. If this were anyone else, I'd tell you to make it up to them, but I honestly just want you to leave her alone. I can't let you hurt her and just act like nothing happened. You have a GIRLFRIEND. A girlfriend, Zayn! A living, breathing person who cares about you, and you betrayed mine, hers and Jill's trust with what you did last night." I frowned and looked back up at Zayn, but I found his eyes looking everywhere but mine. I sighed and shook my head, turning back around and stomping down to the taxi that was waiting for me.

Jill

I came home to a house that smelled like cookies. I smiled, knowing Claire had been here. As I walked into the kitchen and grabbed one of the chocolate handheld pieces of heaven, I heard the door open. Claire came in shortly after and greeted me with a hug. She laughed as I thanked her repeatedly for all she did around the house and brushed it off as no big deal. The door bell rang and I wiggled my way to the door, still enjoying every bite of the cookie. I opened the door to find roses and a necklace placed outside of it. I stepped out and looked around for who left it, but no one was there. I sighed and picked it up, walking back to the kitchen as I read the note. "Please forgive me, Jo. Xxx-Zayn" I sighed and rolled my eyes, tossing the gifts onto the table carelessly. He would have to do a lot more than some cheesy gift demanding forgiveness for something he never apologized for. Claire leaned over the table and read the note herself, her eyes narrowing at every word.

Claire.

I excused myself from Jill's house and texted Zayn. "I asked you to leave her alone. I won't let you hurt her anymore, Zayn." I sighed and looked around, feeling as if someone was watching, and slowly started making my way back home.

Heyyy. Me again. See, I'm on Spring break(yay) but my friend, Blink-182iloveyou (previously WhiteCocaCola16) is not, so I'll be posting a lot, while she probably won't be. Maybe we'll here from her next week, but I can't say for sure.
