Chapter 9

Zayn.

As much as I didn't want Perrie be angry with me, I couldn't help but ask this beautiful girl to dance. Normally I would avoid anything or anyone that would make Perrie upset, which is why I hadn't been texting my new friend Claire as much as I would've liked, but something about Jill just drew me towards her and continues to draw me towards her as I wrap my arms around her petite waist and she puts hers on my shoulders. It wasn't a slow song, but I felt so wrapped uo in her that I simply couldn't help myself. She giggled at me as I stumbled upon my own feet and I found I had to constantly remind myself that she wasn't my girlfriend. Perrie is.

I saw Claire enter and I wanted to go say hi, but she left just as quickly as she came, plus I didn't want to pull away from Jill just yet.

Jill pulled away slowly and sent me an apoplectic smile as she turned to see the person who tapped her shoulder. It was Barbara, Niall's girlfriend. I got the sense Jill wasn't too happy to see her when she rolled her beautiful hazel green eyes.

Barbara smiled sweetly at me, I don't get why Jill wouldn't like her, she's been so nice to me and the lads. "Zayn, can I pass speak to Jill alone for a bit please? I think Perrie wants to talk to you anyway." The look in Jill's eyes said she didn't want me to go, and I had a bad feeling about it, but I couldn't ditch Perrie for a girl I had just met. I told her good bye and silently hoped to see her again someday.

As I walked to the room Perrie was sure to be in, I couldn't shake the feeling. Something wasn't right.
