Chapter 15.

Jill's P.O.V.

Claire and I sat in the local diner at a table for four seated in the back next to a window. I picked at my nails as I waited for Niall and Zayn to show up.

Finally I looked up and saw Niall and Zayn walk in. They smiled friendly at Claire and I as they sat across from us, Zayn across from me and Niall across from Claire.

"Hey..." Niall started off "We want to apologize to the both of you about the party.."

Zayn cleared his throat. "We had no idea the girls had that planned out. We aren't happy about what they did and we're going to talk to them about it." he said.

"We want you both to know we had nothing to do with it and we're sorry. Zayn and I were really worried." Niall finished with a small smile at Claire then I.

I looked at Claire who was smiling and I smiled too as I looked at Zayn then Niall.

"It's okay, things happen I guess." I replied.

"So does this mean we're still friends?" Niall asked us. Claire and I smiled at nodded as Zayn smiled.

"Niall and I were wondering if you guys wanted to go with us to the carnival tomorrow?" Zayn spoke, Claire and I looked at one another before speaking. We must have looked like we were having mind-to-mind conversations with each other.

"We would love to!" Claire exclaimed.

"Great!" Zayn said. I grinned excitedly, "I can't wait!"
