ANTHONY POV
I'm fighting with Garret on my human form with Michael. I couldn't use any powers since I know he is wearing an amulet ring. He keeps reciting a spell until I saw my mate's passed out. Before I could react he stabbed a knife on my stomach and I also blacked out.
"JASMINE!!!" I called out.
My consciousness was back but I am now chained in the wall. I was in dark room and no sign of Jasmine or Michael. Our mindlink or the bond is not even working.
"You will never see your stupid mate anymore. I even doubt she will remember you." Garret's voice speaks
I saw him sitting outside the cell sitting in the chair. He was with someone a ten year old boy and his daughter.
"WHERE IS VANESSA?! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO US?!"
"Oh where is my manners prisoner meet Paul, my mate's younger brother." He ignored my questions.
"YOU KILLED MY FATHER AND YOUR MATE KILLED MY SISTER!!" The boy screamed with his little voice.
"We didn't kill her!! We even help her heal from him!! It was Garret who killed her!" I pointed at Garret.
"Don't believe him Paul he killed your father. I can show you what happened." Garret tried to convince him.
He waved his hand on the mirror showing the fireballs that I threw to block Garret's attack. It was cut from there and showed that Mr. Langston was in ashes. Next image was my mate is holding the knife from Pamela's back.
"THAT IS FAKE!!" I protested.
"I promise you when I am ready to take my revenge the first thing I will do is search for your child." Paul spat.
"HOW DARE YOU MANIPULATE THE CHILD'S MIND!" I tried to get out of the chain but I failed.
"You don't have any proof that he is doing that to me. If you can show me what Garret did I might change my mind but until then my decision stays." The boy left us crying.
I wanted to burn these stupid chains in my ankles, neck and wrists but it was useless.
"I know you're trying to use your powers but sadly it won't work Anthony. I have inserted you a high dosage of wolfsbane and silver." He stood up from the stool.
"WHERE IS MY MATE? WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?!" I repeated my first question at him.
"Simple. I erased all her memory I figured it will be a pure torture for her not remembering even her own name. I was ready to kill her when her idiot of a Guardian teleported her somewhere." He is now face to face with me between bars.
At the back of my mind I was thankful that Jasmine is still safe away from Garret.
"The moment I get out of here I swear to Moon Goddess I will kill you with my bare hands!" I spat at him.
"I am so threatened Anthony. You can never do anything with me now. Watch this will you?" Garret smiled menacingly.
He started shaking the grounds and all of a sudden he can moves things by hand.
"Surprised Anthony?" He played the objects with his hand.
"How.... did you---" I couldn't believe it.
It's impossible! Vanessa doesn't take off the necklace unless she did. I tried to think harder and that's when the flashback came to me she removed it and gave to our daughter.
"Let's just say my witch powers have evolved too and I had the chance to transfer all her powers to me.
"YOU TRAITOR!!" I want to rip him to pieces.
"Oh before I forget she's a pathetic human now. Soon she will find a new love and won't even remember you." His last word before he inserted a needle in my shoulder.
I felt so weak and couldn't fight back or even form a world. Soon I welcomed the darkness praying Jasmine's safety and our daughter.
