Helping Souls (Jikook ff)

Chapter 2

Jungkook nodded, still smiling, then gave Jimin all of their orders. Jimin wrote all of it down, then proceeded to start making the drinks. 

Meanwhile, Hobi, Yoongi, and Jin watched them from their booth. "Look at Jungkook, he's got heart eyes" Hobi whispered to both Jin and Yoongi. Both of them chuckled softly and looked at Hobi. "Yeah, he totally does. Not gonna lie, the cafe owner is super cute." Yoongi said, causing Hobi's heart to break slightly. Hobi had a crush on Yoongi, but he didn't tell anyone, not even Jin and Jungkook. After that, Hobi went silent. Jin noticed Hobi's change in behavior and looked at him. "Hoseok, you okay?" He asked him, worried for his friend. "I need to go to the bathroom," Hoseok replied, then quickly left the booth and went to the bathroom.

 Yoongi and Jin watched as Hobi hurried to the bathroom. "I messed up..." Yoongi said and sighed, hiding his face in his hands. Jin looked at Yoongi, confused. "What do you mean, Yoongles?" He asked. "Hobi has a crush on me, Jin." Jin's eyes widened. "What? Did he tell you himself??" He whispered. "Yeah, but he was drunk" Yoongi explained. Jin nodded. "Well, drunk words are sober thoughts." Yoongi nodded, thinking back to when Hobi confessed his feelings to him.

*Flashback*Yoongi was sitting in their booth and drinking water as he was the designated driver for tonight. Suddenly, Hobi stumbled into the booth, plopping down next to Yoongi." Heeeeey, Yoongleeeees..." He said, slurring his words. Yoongi could tell he had drunk way too much. "Okay, you have had way too many drinks. Here, have some water." He said and offered his glass of water to Hobi, but Hobi declined. "Nooo... You're a party popper...." He slurred. "You mean a party pooper?" Yoongi asked, chuckling softly. "Yesh, that!" Hoseok said. Yoongi looked at Hobi. "So, what brought you back here?" Hobi looked at Yoongi, swaying slightly from being so drunk, then spoke up. "No, I... I gotta confess something to you, Yoongi." He slurred. Yoongi nodded his head, letting Hobi know he was listening. "I have feelings for you, Yoongi. Have had a for a long time. There, I said it."*End of flashback*

After that, Yoongi took his time to think about it and realized that he also had feelings for Hobi, but he hadn't realized it until then. He knew he had to tell Hobi, but he couldn't just blurt it out. Yoongi knew what he had to do. And he was more than ready to let Hobi know he felt the same.
