MEH Chapter 5

CHAPTER 5

I immedietly opened my eyes when I heard someone thumping my door outside. I looked at the clock. Its already 3 o’clock in the afternoon!? I stayed late last night because I made my report for Monday so that I will do nothing this weekend. I quickly opened the door to see the people who is ruining my sleep.

"Good Morning to you Gabby!" enthusiastic greeting of the twins.

“Good Morning to me also. Come here inside.” I said

“Oh manong, please bring the box inside. Thank you. Lets go inside Jam.” Janeeva said. She sat in the living room.

“Feel at home Jan? Hey Gabby, take a bath now.” Jamaica said.

“Do I really need to put make up? I’m not enthusiast with those make up. Powder is okay with me” I said

           

“Ah whatever. Hurry up. we’ll leave exactly 5 o’clock.” Janeeva says.

"Yes, wait me up." I said. I immediately get some clothes in my closet and towel. I went straight to the bathroom and did my rituals.  I came out less than 10 minutes.

“Okay, lets do this!” Janeeva said when they saw me. Janeeva brought out her make ups while Jamaica brought out her curler. I noticed their dress. Green and pink cocktail dress with full of sequins. What about mine? What does my dress look like?

I’m sleepy while they’re putting make up on me so i can not help not to yawn.

"Hey, stop yawning!" Janeeva hissed while she's putting lipstick on my lips.

"I'm sleepy." I said.

"We're almost done." she said. Minutes passed and yeah, we're done already.

"Okay! Wear your gown now!" Jamaica command then she opened where my gown is.

I was amaze when I saw my dress. Its a misty rose cocktail dress that is  high in back and low in front where it is scalloped to resemble the top of a  heart. And it designed with embroidery sequins. Wow!

"You like it?" Janeeva asked while smiling. I nodded quickly.
