Avengers and Y/N Shorts

Time for some much needed action

"It's about time we get some action round these parts!" You shout.

"I'm sorry but when did you become a southerner?" Sam says.

You pull on your vest. "Dang I look good!" You look at your reflection in the floor to ceiling window.

"Now she's part of the hood." Bucky throws his arms in the air.

"I'm in da hood!" You shout and raise your arms in the air, bending your knees slightly.

"Y/N?" Peter tilts his head at you. "Are you drunk?"

"Pfft." You slap his shoulder. "No!" You laugh.

"Okay I need you to tone down on the excitement Y/N." Tony is fully dressed in his suit. "You and Peter are going to be our eyes."

"What!" You shout.

"I can't risk your guys' safety." His head peice clicks on. "End of discussion."

"Agh!" You shout. You pull on your boots angrily and follow the team out.

Peter is crouched on top of a building close by the fight, keeping watch on whats happening. You sit on the edge of the porch beneath him with your arms slung across the lower bar swinging your legs.

You groan and prop your chin on your hands. You aren't paying much attention to the fight.

"Clint there's a big guy heading for the truck on your left." Peter says through his ear peice.

"Blow out his tires." Tony says.

"On it." Clint answers.

Finally you stand up and walk inside. You take the stairs and head down to the first floor.

"Anyone have eyes on Y/N?" Tony asks. "Peter?"

You make your way through the lobby of the building, whistling as you go.

"No Mr Stark." Peter answers.

Sam scans the building. "She's on the first floor of the building. She's coming outside."

"Y/N go back inside now!" Tony shouts just as you exit the building. He can't do anything though as he fights off a man on the ground.

You pull out a knife the size of your forearm and walk at a slow pace, towards the center of the fight.

One of the men see's you and looks you up and down. He smirks, knowing just from the sight of you that you won't be able to fight him off.

He points his gun at you and fires. Cap's sheild flies by, taking the hit. You don't take your eyes off the man, not even to look at where the sheild landed.

You double tap your earpiece, turning on your playlist.

You reach the man and swing your knife at him, he jumps back, barely avoiding the edge of your dagger.

He shoots again but this time you raise up your arm, deflecting it with the bullet proof sleeve Tony added to your suit.

You swing again before the man can cock his gun. You cut his arm open. He staggers back slightly and cries out in pain.

You bring your arm around the back of his neck and pull his head down to face the cement. You bring your knee up, slamming it into his face twice. The second time you feel his nose crunch against your knee.

You can hear the faint voices of the avengers shouting at you to go back up to the building but your music over powers them.

'Cherry Bomb' comes on just as you knock out and drop the man.

You smirk as you take down another.

"Ch-ch-cherry Bomb!" You sing.

You hear Quil faintly. "I like this kid." He laughs.

"Hello world I'm your wild girl!"

You fight with a really big dude. You punch him in the face but he doesn't go down. Bucky shows up beside you and blocks with his arm, just as the man is swinging down at you.

You kick him where it hurts and sweep out his legs. You turn down your music slightly.

"I had him." You smirk.

"Uh huh." Bucky rolls his eyes.

"You didn't have him." Nat says through the ear peice.

Tony speaks up. "I'm not going to convince you to go back up to the roof top am I." He says as more of a statement than a question.

"Nope." You throw a blade at another man. The blade hits his leg, deep. He drops to the ground screaming.

"Peter, I guess you can come down here too then." He sighs.

As Peter swings down, he grabs and tosses Steve's sheild back to Cap.

You tap your wrists together twice and colored poisonous vapor -the same color as your outfit- starts to waft out of the pods on your wrists. You direct it to another man coming towards you.

"Y/N when did you put that in your suit!" Tony shouts at you from across the lot.

"And when did you become so strangely feral?" Loki says as he watches the fight from afar. "I'm going to be honest it's slightly arousing."

You hide a grin. "It comes and goes."
