Chapter 35 ~Epilogue~

sam pov

i was in the middle of practicing for show choir when i got a call.

ezra

"can i go to the bathroom?" i asked my teacher.

"sure sam." i smiled and stood up and walked into the bathroom.

"hey what's up? you're not in class?" i asked as i looked into his classroom.

"no i'm not. sam come to the hospital...it's time." i smiled, "really?! it's time?!"

he laughed, "yeah. it is sam."

"oh! sammy my baby!" i heard mom yell on the other end in the distance.

"hey mom. i'll be right down okay?"

"okay baby. i love you!"

i chuckled, "i love you too mom. i'll call selena, see you guys soon."

i hung up and went into my class and said, "i need to go to the hospital. my mom is in labor." i said.

the teacher smiled, "that's great sam! wish her our love and support! congratulations." she said and everyone clapped.

i smiled, "thanks. i will. bye!" i said and ran out to my car.

i called selena on the way there, "selly! mom is in labor so meet me at the hospital?"

"sure babe of course! see you there. i love you."

"i love you too princess." i said and hung up, smiling.

i parked my car and sprinted into the hospital.

"hi, i'm looking for my mother, taylor swift?"

the lady smiled, "of course. room 13."

i smiled and saw selena run in.

i kissed her lips, "let's go." i said and led her to mom's room.

when we got there she was screaming in pain.

"hey." ezra said almost about to pass out.

i laughed, "relax. they're just contractions." i said and selena laughed.

i walked over to mom and she breathed out and relaxed, "hey sammy."

i smiled and took her hand, "hey mom."

she smiled and rubbed the back of my hand.

"we'll give you two some time. i'll be back soon okay babe?" ezra said and kissed mom.

i smiled and kissed selena.

they walked out and left us alone.

"so how are you?" i asked, looking at her enlarged stomach.

"as good as i can be having 30 second contractions every 10 minutes." she said and chuckled.

i smiled and started tearing up.

"sammy what's wrong?" she said and squeezed my hand.

i smiled and shook my head, "nothing it's just...everything is happening so quickly."

she smiled, "i know baby. seems like yesterday it was just me and you on the speak now tour in london."

i smiled, "yeah...those were the days."

we both laughed.

"i'm so proud of you sam. you've grown so much from who you have used to be. you have a job, you have a relationship and soon my baby will be going to college and i..." she trailed off and started crying.
