Brian takes a deep breath, inhaling the scent of the man he loved. Sal was still peacefully sleeping in his arms, so he had time to admire the jet-black hair, the long eyelashes, the perfectly plump lips... Brian loved every inch of Sal.

They had been together since the summer before Freshman year. The second the boys met at drama camp, he knew Sal was the one he was going to spend the rest of his life with. Thankfully, Sal thought the same thing. Today was their third anniversary, and Brian had made big plans for the day, starting with breakfast in bed. They were at Brian's house, so Sal didn't have to worry about getting crumbs on the bed.

Watching Sal's bare chest move up and down with each breath, Brian knows he needs to sneak downstairs. He gently pulls his arm out from under Sal's neck, grabs a pair of sweats, and heads downstairs to begin making Sal's favorite breakfast, a fluffy omelet. Brian always added a secret ingredient of cinnamon to his eggs, and Sal went crazy for them.

Of course, Brian tried to keep it a secret until the day Sal snuck up behind him while he was cooking and saw the cinnamon sitting out.

Finishing the perfect omelet, Brian places it on a plate along with a slice of toast coated with apple butter, and glass of orange juice. Smiling at the tray of food in front of him, Brian takes it upstairs, setting it next to the love of his life on the bed.

"Good morning, handsome." Brian says, gently rubbing the side of Sal's face. Sal stirs a bit but continues to sleep.

"Sally baby," He whispers, kissing the other man on the lips. Biting Sal's bottom lip slightly, Sal suddenly moans and kisses back.

"Hey beautiful. Happy Anniversary." Brian smiles at the younger boy. Sal adjusts his eyes to the light from the sun and notices the tray sitting to his right.

"Bri... You made me breakfast in bed?" Sal asks, tears filling his eyes.

"Of course, it's your favorite." Brian says, kissing Sal's head. Brian helps him sit up so he can begin the feast.

"I love you so much Bri... I'm the luckiest man in the world." Sal tells Brian, looking into his golden-brown eyes.

"I love you more Sally. You're the love of my life." Brian responds, kissing him gently on the lips, before Sal takes a bite of toast.
