Third Person P.O.V:
As he watched the moon light up the sky, Henry sat there, next to his best friend.
His tears lit up as they fell down his cheeks.
"Hey, Charles...," he muttered while smiling.
"Why... why did you do that?.. Why did you save me?"
"I'm not worth it.."
"I don't deserve you or life.."
His eyelids became closer as his smile faded. He whispered, "Take me instead..."
...
"Take me instead, please.."
Henry buried his face into his knees. He was overwhelmed with mixed emotions, mostly anger and sadness. His best friend... his best friend's grave stood beside him.
He mustered up the courage to mutter, "Please, I don't deserve your love.."

...?
From behind him, you could see a blurred figure, a large one too. It looked to have larger portions, it's lower part being at least 10 feet tall, covered with a long, silky dress. It had large, eagle-like wings, with smaller ones right below. It had one large eye in front of it's face with no mouth. With two sets of arms, one pair being on it's waist, it looked like a monster.. a mistake... an abomination...
As he cried, Henry could feel a cold chill up his spine.
He looked behind him, feeling a small bump against his back.
His eyes slowly darted up, looking at this tall, dark, figure in the shadows.
It took him a minute, but he realized what was happening and screamed.
He fell backwards and landed on the edge of the cliff, tilting back.
"H-help me!," he screamed as he reached out his hand to the figure.
It did nothing, it just stood there.
He eventually feel off, only to find seconds later, he was on solid ground, as if he teleported somehow...
After rubbing his eyes, he looked up and screamed, "What are you?!"
"ᵢ'ₘ yₒᵤᵣ gᵤₐᵣdᵢₐₙ ₐₙgₑₗ...", it said in a distorted voice.
"My what?," Henry replied, panting from freaking out.
"ₗₑₜ ₘₑ ₑₓₚₗₐᵢₙ.."
"Yₒᵤ ₛₑₑ, ᵢ ₐₘ ₐₙ ₐₙgₑₗ, ₛₑₙₜ ₒff wᵢₜₕ ₘy ᵢₙₛₑcᵤₜᵣᵢₜₑₛ ₛₕₒwᵢₙg ᵢₙ ₘy fₒᵣₘ. ₜₕᵢₛ wₐₛ ₙₒₜ ₛᵤₚₚₒₛₑd ₜₒ ₕₐₚₚₑₙ, ᵢₜ'ₛ ᵣₐᵣₑ ₜₒ bₑ ₐ gᵤₐᵣdᵢₐₙ. Yₒᵤ ₐᵣₑ ₘy ₘₐₛₜₑᵣ, ₘy ₕᵤₘₐₙ, ᵢ wᵢₗₗ ₚᵣₒₜₑcₜ yₒᵤ...", the creature said.
"..."
Henry was still in shock. He took a few deep breaths and tried to calm down.
"And, how did you die?...," he asked, rather curious.
"ᵢₜ'ₛ ᵣᵤdₑ ₜₒ ₐₛₖ ₜₕₒₛₑ ₜₕᵢₙgₛ ₒf ₐ gᵤₐᵣdᵢₐₙ... Bᵤₜ ᵢ wᵢₗₗ ₜₑₗₗ yₒᵤ. ₘy bₑₛₜ fᵣᵢₑₙd, ₕₑ ₘₑₐₙₜ ₜₕₑ wₒᵣₗd ₜₒ ₘₑ. ᵢ ₗₒᵥₑd ₕᵢₘ. Yₑₜ, wₕₑₙ ₕₑ wₐₛ cₗₒₛₑ ₜₒ dₑₐₜₕ, ᵢ ₛₐcᵣᵢfᵢcₑd ₘyₛₑₗf fₒᵣ ₕᵢₘ.", the angel explained.
Henry stopped cold. That angel... it was him.
"...Ch-Charles?...," Henry whispered as tears filled his eyes. He lunged forward and hugged the creature, even if he was just 5' 5" and it was 11 feet tall.
Tears flowed down from his face as he cried, "Charles! Why?!"
The Guardian's eye widened as Henry squeezed him as hard as he could.
"Why did you do this?! I'm not worth you or life!"
The creature's face became warmer as it picked up Henry, holding him in the palm of it's hand.
"ₕₑₙᵣy..., bᵤₜ yₒᵤ ₐᵣₑ wₒᵣₜₕ ᵢₜ. Yₒᵤ wₑᵣₑ wₒᵣₜₕ ᵢₜ."
"But I'm not.."
"Yₒᵤ wₑᵣₑ ᵢₙ ₘy ₑyₑₛ..."
