since charlie's mum began working a lot of night shifts, charlie was now staying the night over. i didn't really mind cus you know, he's my cousin but he constantly had friends over. not that i cared cus it was mostly the team but sometimes it'll get annoying since most times they'd barge into my room cus they loved to annoy me. occasionally charlie would have to sleep in my room cus my older brother riley would come home, which meant he and his friends (if he had any) would sleep in my room. yeah annoying but whatever. we were leaving for LA tomorrow morning and we were all very keen. i was walking out and saw charlie catch up to me. "oh yeah aimes, guy and adam are coming over and staying the night and we're also going to take them to the airport." charlie said. that explains why they had more bags than usual to practice. "charlie we've talked about this! your meant to tell me this earlier" i complained. "you know you want to hang out with us. especially guy" charlie smirked. i glared at him and he started to apologise. mum arrived and i got in the front seat and the three boys started to pile in the seat behind us. i put my earphones on and started to listen to music and we drove back to my place.
"so. how were the new players?" mum asked trying to make conversations amongst the kids. "yeah they're really good. we got another girl too and banks practically stared at her like eye candy" i joked. i looked in the rear view mirror and saw the boys cheeks turn bright red. "no i didn't. i was just surprised at her skill level." he hesitantly said. "sure banksies" we laughed.
