Luke's pov
I finally got Mika to school and I dropped by the house to pick up the rest of the guys.
"So the interview is first, then we head to the court house, and last I go to pick Mika up." I went through the routine for the day. They nodded and I continued to drive.
"Today is the day when everyone knows the truth." Ashton announced. "It's the day."

"Dude, totally went better than what I thought. I thought they would hate me for lying to them." I admitted, relieved.
Two hours ago me and the boys started the interview thinking 'How in he'll are we going to reveal such a huge secret without making everyone hate us?' Suprisingly, most people understood and the rest felt bad. Through all, our fans said they are behind our backs all the way, they're not leaving us. I can't believe we actually doubted them. Other than Mika and Lee, I'll love them forever.
Since that was out of the way, we are walking into the court house to meet with Lee's family. I haven't seem since the funeral and even then I wasn't paying attention to them. I bet the only reason they went was to no seem like the cold basturds they are. I'm sorry about that Lee.
"There they are." Michael announced. I took a deep breath and walked over to the three people I hate most in the world.
"Hello Lucas, I see you brung...back up?" Mr. Fallows asked looking confused at Ash, Mike, and Cal.
"We're not back up. We are here to help Luke keep Mika, because the four of us actually care about him." Ashton said. This is actually the first time I seen him so serious. Mika really has some loving people around him.
"He won't keep him. As the parents of Lee, they have the right to take Thomas." I almost scoffed, Thomas.
"Not when Mika's dad is standing right in front of you. How dare you try to take my son from me? Leo, I thought we were friends when your sister was alive." He chuckled.
"Luke I was only acting for her sake. I can't believe she actually picked you for a boyfriend. Not only that but, her dumbass got pregnant by you. I loved her but, I don't think she was the smarter sibling."
I don't think what made me snap was what he said. I think it was the way he said it. With so much hate and no mercy. "I mean it would be one thing if she were still alive to defend herself but, she's not. Show some fucking respect towards your deceased sister, who thought you loved her! Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with you people! You don't deserve to be considered her family!"
I'm not one to physically fight but, I can't seem to control myself. As I was about to launch myself on Leo, Calum did it for me. He punched him square in the face and said. "It's time to get this over with." Then he walked into the court room and took a seat. Michael, Ashton, and I followed behind.
We didn't say anything to him because we know he's pissed. It's the smartest thing to do when Calum is pissed. The Fallows took a seat on the other side of the room. Then, the judge walked in.

"What the fuck do you mean!? You can't do this!" I couldn't fucking believe what the hell I was hearing.
"I much can do this Mr. Hemmings. It's only until this case is solved to where only one of you get custody of Mika. You have to let him experience what it feels like to live with them."
"He doesn't need to know. He's perfectly fine with us!" I just can't seem to control myself that day. It was just too fucking much to handle.
"You say that because he hasn't lived with anyone else. Anyway Mr. Hemmings, it's only for the weekends. You get him for the entire week."
