Leo's pov
I woke up hearing...baby talk. I assumed it was my parents talking to Mika like he's two or something. I sighed and picked out some clothes that I left here for work. I don't want to leave the kid with them but, I have to go to work.
After I showered and put on the clothes I made my way to the kitchen. Where I found Mika sitting on the counter with my dad surrounding him with his arms, looking stressed. Ha, that's a good kid.
"Good morning mom, dad, and Mika." I greeted all of them as I went to get some coffee. My parents mumbled their good mornings and my mom added a kiss on the cheek. Then Mika spoke up, suprising all but, me.
"Uncle Leo, can we go to the park today?!" He asked beaming. I watched as my parents turned to me with a look that said 'How did you get him to talk?' I just smirked then turned to Mika.
"Sorry kid, I have to go to work today." His face still had hope across it.
"How bout after?" He suggested.
"It'll be too late for that. How about we watch Mega-Mind when I come back." I said and he nodded excitedly.
"That sound like so much fun!" He yelled.
"That's the way Mr. Optimistic." I ruffled his hair, not too bad. It looks like he took time on his quiff.
"What is a optwmiwic?" He asked me. Ok that was the cutest thing I've ever seen. That was so feminine but, hey its true.
"You. Now good bye, my great family. I'm out." I announced before closing the front door shut.

Luke's pov
Two days without my little soldier, two days of forcing myself to laugh, two days of telling Jazzy that Mika isn't here, and two days finding myself sleeping in Mika's bed needing closure. The boys keep telling me that it'll be alright and he'll be here tomorrow. I know but, it just hurts so much. I've always had him under the same roof as me at night. Even in his sleepovers with Jazzy, she came over. Now having him spend a whole weekend under a different roof is killing me.
If there is a bright side to this I guess it would be that me and the boys have been getting a lot of work done now that we don't have to make time for Mika. I hope that doesn't sound bad, because we'll do anything for him. It's just feels good to get a number of things done within two days.
I just hope that my little soldier is safe and the Fallows listened to my warnings about Mika. I wonder if he started talking yet.

Mrs. Fallows' pov
Leo had just left the house and that's when Thomas started to disobey again. He just won't talk to us except for Leo of course. I don't know how he did it but, Thomas loves him already after just one day.
We just got done eating breakfast, we take the weekends off of our jobs now for Thomas, the least he can do is listen to us.
"How about we just go watch some cartoons?" My husband suggested to the little ungrateful brat. He nodded and skipped to the living room with his soldier doll in his hands. It's like they're inseparable.
(It'll just be boring if I kept this going so I'm gonna skip to when Leo comes home.)
Leo's pov
I got to my parent's home from a long day at the office my dad allowed me to work at for him. As soon as I opened the door I heard crying and my dad yelling. On alert I dropped my suitcase and ran to the noise.
There in the living room, was my father yelling in Mika's face, Mika crying his eyes out while fighting for the toy soldier my mother was holding above her head. I knew exactly what was going on then. I heard my parents talking about why Mika won't let the toy out of his sight. I just didn't think they'll actually take it from him.
I stormed over to where they were and grabbed the toy from my mother's hand; since I'm taller than her. She had a confused look on her face, I only gave her a disappointed look. Then I gave it back to Mika while taking him in my arms and around the couch so my parents won't get him. Mika is still in my arms crying saying the words that made me feel worse. He was saying, "They're trying to take mommy away."
I was confused but, it didn't make me feel better. "What the fuck is wrong with the both of you?!" Although I asked them a question, I didn't let them answer. I'm way too pissed to hear their explanations.
"He's only four years old and you're bullying him? What is it to you that he has something with him that he loves? You took the four most important people in his life away from him! This is what he has left. No wonder he doesn't listen to a thing you say. No wonder Luke hates you both and thinks you're bad people who doesn't deserve to be parents, he's right by the way, I agree. At first I just thought you wanted the best for me and Lee, that's why you were so strict; you just loved us too much. That's what I told Lee at night when dad would hit us. But, ever since I saw the way you treated Lee when she told us she was pregnant I knew all of the loving shit was a sham. You just wanted us to be perfect for your damn co-workers and friends. You don't care for Mika, you don't want to get to know him. You just don't want him to be with Luke because you know Luke won't let him be your little puppet you made me and my sister be. I can't believe I helped you push Lee away. That is something I will regret for the rest of my life, pushing the only thing that was important to me, away. I won't let you do this to Mika, no! Mika is coming with me for the night and when I drop him off at him tomorrow, me and Luke are going to the court house. I'm telling them everything, from your plan all the way to what I walked in on. You two make me sick."
"There's no need to go to the court house tomorrow. I'll call Luke tonight and tell him that he gets to keep Mika. You'll get your time with Mika too, Leo. Take him with you till tomorrow."
I was so caught up on my parents I didn't have time to turn around and see who was talking. The look on my parents faces made me. They looked terrified. Once I turned around I understood why. There by the door stood the judge from the other day.
"Speechless. I told you I'll be coming on random days. I'm glad I came tonight. Mr. and Mrs. Fallows, you deserve what ever is coming for you in hell. I'm not saying that as a judge but, a normal person. You can have you house key back, since Mika won't ever step foot in this house again, I won't need it. Goodnight." With that she just left.
Those two demons were just standing there. Probably taking all that in, it looks like Mika was too. At least the kid stopped crying though. Finally my mom spoke. "Please Leo, please don't take him." She fake pleaded.
"Dad I quit. I hope you two have a nice life in this hell whole, I won't be around to witness it anymore. Now you lost two children, Mika and whenever I have kids you will never meet them. Let's go kid." I put him down and we went upstairs to get his things.
I also grabbed the little things I had in my old room and the Lee's diary that she kept under her bed. I didn't want Luke to have it but, now I know he deserves it. After I got it we left without a word. Once we were in the car I finally spoke up. "Remember this day Mika. This is the day where we can finally be free from hell." I was saying that more from myself but, he needed it too.
"Highway way to hell!!!!" He screamed from the top of his lungs.
"Kid, how do you know that song?" He shrugged and said.
"Uncle Mikey tough me it." He said innocently. After what he just sang, I know there is nothing innocent about this kid but his face.
