Emily's POV:

A few days went by and me and Jay weren't talking as much as we usually do; he seemed a little off ever since that night when he picked me up. Of course when I got home and told the other girls that I had got someone's number, they squealed. Everything is fine with the twins, they have been to nursery like usual while i'm at school. Speaking if which, Megan's reaction to finding out how my weekend was... That was priceless. She screamed, literally! She actually screamed. Then we had a little fangirl moment. Then if it was possible, she got a little more excited when I told her about James. She said that 'it was about time I got a new man in my life'

Me and James have been texting quite alot, I almost gt my phone taken yesterday but I didnt... Luckily. And tonight, the girls (TW girlfriends, Beth as Megan) are comig over to babysit and help me et ready for my date tonight with James. The thing is when ever I see James, I see Owen.. The resemblence is just so; weird. But yeah, on the while life is great for me. I just wish Jay were actually speaking to me more often. Sigh...

Jay's POV:

These last few days haven't been that great, i'm not talking to Em as much because I don't want to hear about 'James'. I am a way better James than he is anyway... And she would be better off with me.

As for the whole 'Amanda' plan.. That failed. Turns out, she doesn't like me anymore. In fact she much prefers her fiancé mike. Yep, she's enganged...

To top it off, Emily has a date tonight and it is all the girls have been talking about. They want me and he boys to watch the twins while they help Em get ready but hen we can leave afterwards if we wish... Which I will. I don't want to stick around and hear how her date went. Unless it goes horribly weong, then that'd be good. Wait, that was quite mean. I didn't mean it in that way, I meant it in the sense that u hope she realises that he isn't right for her.

Right now, I was walking to... Actually I don't know. I was just walking.

I ended up in a bar about 20 minutes away from Em's house. I wasn't getting drunk. I was just going to have a pint to clear my head. Jut as I was about to leave, some slutty looking girl with barely any clothes on and way too much makeup on came over to me. She looked quite horrible if I do say so myself. Especially compared to Emily, but no one can beat her... Shut up! Get her out of your head now! Maybe this slut could do me some good?

"Hey there" her voice came out all flirty and it was frightening but oh well she'll do.

"Hey"

"My name is Emerald but you can call me Em"she smiled and stuck her hand out for me to shake it or kiss it?

"Jay" I smiled.

"What are you doing here all alone?" She started touching my arm.. Ew.

"Just clearing my head"

"Aw, girl troubles?"

"You could say that"

"Anything I can do to help?"

Emily's POV:

The girls and boys had co e over, except Jay. Sigh, I hoped I could see him but I suppose not. The boys stayed downstairs lookin after the twins while the girls emptied g wardrobe. I hear the door bell ring. Jay must be here.

"I'll get it!" I shouted. Anything to get out of this room. It was so chaotic in there! Jeez it's just one date.. I got to the door and opened it. I was surprised by the sight, Jay had a girl (If you could even call it that *shudder*) with him. I don't know why it bothered me but it did.

"Hey, i hope you dont mind that i invited my girlfriend. this is Emerald but you can call her Em" he smiled. I cant bieve he had a girlfriend. That hurt. Bad. She stuck out her fake tan covered hands to shake mine. I didn't respond.
