Now that it's official, I'm moving the schedule to post new chapters to Saturdays instead of Fridays.I actually wanted to post earlier, but while I was editing this new chapter, my old laptop decided to give me trouble. I'm having a hard time because my laptop crashes so often that it takes me longer to write new stories.yeah, that's my problem. Happy reading to anyone who still wants to read it.

The last few days have all gone so fast for Ace, there was a transfer of man power from MCC to Project One or more precisely to the BP line so Ace had to train new man power while keeping an eye on the original man power.

The transfer of man power is not something strange. Sometimes if a product belonging to a line stops being produced, then the man power that is there will be transferred to another line that requires additional man power. This time it was BP who got the turn.

Sometimes the transfer is only temporary, can be pulled back to their original line if the line just stops production due to a certain problem. But not infrequently transfers also occur between departments.

What makes Ace overwhelmed is that he also has to divide the work among all the man powers under his supervision. Even though there are not many plans, but man power over. Most often, if the running is finished, the man power will be asked to do 6s.

With all the added work, the day of training is getting closer and closer. Last Friday he went with Enel to pick up uniforms and modules to be used during training. The modules given are the same as the ones he learned earlier, while the uniforms they will use will be plain polo shirts with different colors. The color of the shirts they get also represents which group they are in during the training.

Ace got a dark yellow shirt, Enel got a purple shirt, Saber got a green shirt, while Conis got a red shirt. Even though they are from the same line, they are not in the same group as one another.

The first day of training will start at half past nine in the morning. Even so, they still leave as usual as when they enter the morning shift, because they are considered to be working as usual so attendance must not be late or their salary will be deducted.

They went to the line first, joined the talk-talk with Mrs. Tsuru and the other tl. Because yesterday there was a quality issue in line salt, that morning Mrs. Tsuru is more grumpy. Silk who is a Lean staff who opened the door of the function room for them. Silk's main task during the training process is to document their activities.

Ace along with all the other participants went inside in turn while smiling at the camera that Silk was holding. She stood near the entrance to take their video.

In the room there were four large tables - each two tables combined into one large table - arranged at a slight angle and close together. The chairs are also arranged randomly, some with their backs to a screen mounted on the wall, each with six seats.

On the table, a nameplate has also been arranged in front of the available chairs, the participants sit according to the nameplate listed. One team consists of six people, so the total participants who will take part in the training are twenty-four people.
