A twist in time

Captured Or So It Would Seem

            " ON YOUR FEET HORDE SCUMS!" Shouts an armada of Bright Moon soldiers rounding the two sleeping girls.
              Catra opens her eyes and hisses protectively over the sleeping blonde. The feline's hair rising as she puffs up. The soldiers just look at her annoyed tying both her and Adora up.
     " Adora psssssssst wake up........" the feline whispers touching her best friend, turned crush, turned girlfriend's hand with her tail as they are back to back.
        Adora stirs opening her grey blue eyes and looks around. " Where are we Catra?"
   " We are being taken to Bright Moon we are their prisoners it looks like...... but not for long......" Catra who has been readying her claws has also been cutting the rope strands strand by strand without the guards taking notice.
             " How are we gonna get out of this one?They took our weapons......" The blonde haired force captain whispers.
         " Leave it all to me babe I got this......." Catra smirks as the last strand breaks freeing both her and Adora.
          The power couple of the hour kick and punch their way through their would be captors. Training had finally paid off all these years. When the last of the soldiers falls Adora picks up Catra and runs back to the horde. A crowd of their fellow soldiers builds up around them
looking at their beat up and disheveled appearance.
       " What happened to you two you look like you got run over by a tank?!" Lonnie asks pushing through the crowd with worry.
        " I-It's nothing we couldn't handle......." Adora coughs and smirks a small trickle of blood at the corner of her mouth.
                " Adora your mouth is bleeding you must've hit your head......" Lonnie sighs loudly.
      Catra whose arm was turning purple by the second didn't look so great either. She smiles At the Blonde who in turn smiles back. Both girls looked awful bruises here and there along with cuts but they didn't care they were safe at home.
           " We were awesome is what we beat up lots of those rebel soldiers......." Catra laughs ignoring the pain of her throbbing arm.
         " Catra your arm it's broken we need to put it in a cast......." Lonnie protests wincing at how bad the bone had snapped.
           " You worry too....... Much........." Is all the feline says before everything goes dark.......
          " Catra? CATRA?!?! Come on we gotta get them to the infirmary right now!" Lonnie shouts as she picks up Catra and Rogelio picks up Adora.
          Once in the infirmary both girls are attended to right away.......
A crowd builds outside the doors Shadow Weaver pushing through the cadets....
" OUT OF MY WAY! ..........WHAT HAPPENED!?!" The Sorceress howls with anger.
              " It was our fault if we hadn't teased them for liking each other they.... Wouldn't have run off..........." Kyle chokes back tears as the sorceress glares at him along with the rest of the cadets.
     " FOOLS THE LOT OF YOU LORD HORDAK WILL HEAR OF THIS!!!........"Shouts the dark woman of shadows.
          The horde cadets bow their heads tears welled up in their eyes these soldiers had once had parents mothers and fathers killed in the war these soldiers were orphaned because of the horde..........
                 " LEAVE THEM ALONE SHADOW WEAVER! IF YOU SHOULD BE ANGRY AT ANYONE BE ANGRY AT ME  I WAS THE FIRST TO TEASE THEM NOT THE OTHERS LET THEM GO!!!!" Lonnie shouts spitting into the sorceress's mask.
     " Is this true? Well then you are coming with me young lady....." The mistress of darkness grabs Lonnie by the arm and throws her before the Lord.
          " What is the meaning of this intrusion into my private sanctum......." The Lord hisses at the intruders.
            " My lord this girl has something to tell you don't you? Girl........ Now Speak!" Shadow Weaver hisses at Lonnie who grunts in anger tears streaming down her cheeks.
              " I teased Catra and Adora ..... They liked each other... t-they got captured... now they are in a coma both of them it's all my fault......." The cadet bows her head shaking in fear.
            " Is this true cadet.....?" Lord Hordak sneers circling around the girl at his feet.
          " Yes, Lord Hordak please let the others go if anyone is to blame it's me......." Lonnie cries at the lord's feet.
              " Since we are down a force captain and a captain in training we need to elect a temporary captain....." The Lord's eyes glow in the darkness.
       " What are you saying my lord?-" The sorceress protests.
       " Mind your tongue Shadow Weaver Leave Us........" Hordak hisses lowly his anger building up towards his second in command.
            " But... My lord......" Shadow weaver continues to protest  defiantly.
       " Did I studder?... I SAID GO!!!!!!" The lord shout practically tossing the sorceress like a rag doll outside his door.
                He then walks over to the shaking girl placing a metallic hand on her shoulder and smiles.
     " I didn't mean for this to happen I-I..." Lonnie cries heavily still trembling with fear eyes wide.
           " Rise temporary force captain Lonnie we have much to discuss......"
      And with that the day ends. Adora and Catra remain unresponsive in the medical bay almost in a dream like state.
      " Hey Adora watch me." Dream Catra giggles as she shows off to her girlfriend.
   " I'm gonna get you Ahaha!" Dream Adora laughs as she chases the feline around.
    " Wanna bet Ahhhh haha Adoraaaaaaaa put me down! Haha!!!!!!" Dream Catra protests laughing it seemed so real some how.
Their destinies would intertwine soon enough..........
