Escape from the frightzone

     "DO YOU ACTUALLY MEAN LEAVING ADORA IF SHADOW WEAVER FINDS OUT WE DESERTED THE HORDE THERE IS NO TELLING WHAT SHE WILL DO TO US?!?!....." Catra shakes her girlfriend as she shouts in fear her tail swaying violently from side to side.
      " No one needs to know come on I have a plan sleep on my bed tonight but we will hide our things under it we leave at midnight....." Adora places her hands on the feline's thin shoulders before planting a kiss on her cheek.
        " Are you sure we won't get caught there are guards everywhere?....." Catra sighs looking down at her feet.
      " Yes babe I promised you when we were younger I'd always protect you it's time to act on it...." Adora smiles and the two share a kiss.
       " Ok Adora I trust you...." The feline girl smiles back.
     When night fall approaches the two girls sneek out to gather their things it wasn't much just old pictures and junk from their childhood. Needless to say so far the plan was working out smoothly. The couple pretends to sleep their other bunk mates snoring away. Midnight draws near and the girls sneak through the hallways hiding from the patrolling guards like two spies in some old timey flick. Catra gives her girlfriend the it's safe now signal when they leave the last door fleeing into the Whispering Woods.
   " Ok what now genius where do we go ?We can't go back to the frightzone and I doubt the rebels will want us on their side..." Catra crosses her hand over her chest looking at her girlfriend sternly.
      " Well for now why don't we build a shelter then we can see if the rebels will accept us..." The blonde girl smiles trying to comfort her lover.
         " I mean we did attack that village do you think the princesses will just accept us with open arms?...Adora listen to me... We need to do the right thing but if we do this we need to surrender......" The feline's voice shakes as she speaks with reason.
      " I know babe We will leave in the morning for now get some rest we have a long journey ahead....." Adora yawns wrapping her arms around her girlfriend's waist pulling her closer.
          " yeahhhh... I know trust me I am not looking forward to it." The feline jokes sarcastically smirking.
  Adora laughs her eyes closed arms firmly planted around the cat. At the crack of dawn Adora stretches yawning smelling something delicious cooking on a fire. She looks around her vision still blurry and feels around for her girlfriend.
       " Catra.................. Catra............... CATRAAAAAAAA WHERE ARE YOU?!?" The grayish blue eyed girl begins to panic.
         " Relax babe I'm out here cooking I caught us some food it isn't much but it will due for the time being..." Catra calls back from outside the shelter the two had made from pieces of fabric and scrap they had found the night before.
               " I'm sorry I just woke up from the craziest dream ever....." Adora blushes as she sits by her girlfriend who is cooking prey she had caught only moments ago.
       " Can't be any crazier than this..." Catra mumbles jokingly.
      " I saw a really tall lady and she knew my name it was so freaky the sword was there I transformed into that tall lady again it felt so real..." The blonde looks at her girlfriend who has just finished cooking.
      " Sounds like quite the dream but come on babe we need to hurry up and eat and leave this place if we wanna get to Bright Moon....." Catra smiles as she digs into the fowl she had caught proudly.
           " You're right babe but I will figure out why this is all happening to me..." Adora sighs taking a bite of meat blushing when she feels the warmth of a hand on her own.
         " We will babe I promise I am never leaving your side..." The feline smiles rubbing her hand comfortingly on her girlfriend's.
           " I know and Catra thanks..." Adora's voice trails off.
         " For what babe?..." Catra arches her brow puzzled look on her face.
     " Always believing in me..." Adora smiles tears streaming down her pale cheeks.
    " No need to thank me it's my job to protect my girl..." The feline stands up and does a showing off pose to her girlfriend.
        " pfttttttt Catraaaaaaaaaaa stop it you are making me blush..." Adora snorts pushing the feline down and the two lovers wrestle in the tall grass.
    " Haha make me babe..." Catra snickers sticking her tongue out at her blushing blonde lover.
            " You're on kitty..." The blonde uses the sword and transforms into sher-ra smirking.
    " Dahhhh! ok ok ok you win babe..." The feline curls up into a submissive pose covering herself with her tail.
           " Come on babe we have a long walk ahead of us..." She-ra (Adora) smirks helping up the poor frightened feline.
        " Ughhhhhhhhhh don't remind me..." Catra groans shaking herself off.
    Meanwhile back at the frightzone the sorceress grows angry. " I DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE TIRED YOU WILL FIND ADORA AND CATRA AND BRING THEM TO ME!"
