Don't Hurt My Yoko [Yoko x Hiei]

Entrusted

With the wounded Yoko Kurama in his arms, Hiei hopped up into a treehouse he had built a while back ago. Carefully, he sat the weakened fox demon onto his bed. Instinctively, Yoko tried to curl up in a ball, but he was too wounded and it hurt to try. Hiei frowned at the sight and sat down on the bed next to his fox. Yoko whined and cuddled up to him, nuzzling into his chest. Hiei sighed and carefully wrapped his arms around Yoko. He didn't want to cause him any more pain he was already in, so he made sure to be gentle when he held Yoko in his arms. He didn't know why, but he felt... Powerful with Yoko in his arms. Something about holding Yoko Kurama in his arms made him feel so powerful, but, why? Could it be he was falling in love with him? The way Yoko leaned on him, the way his silver hair brought out his golden eyes, the way the fox youko's smile lit up the whole meadow. He wasn't supposed to feel love though.. Right? Or maybe he was. Either way; it was time to plot revenge against the Mazoku.

Should he use his dragon of the darkness flame? No.. Perhaps a combination. Whatever it took to kill Yusuke, he'd do it. He wouldn't let Yoko out of his sight, either. He'd make sure to take good care of the fox yokai. Yoko was so peaceful.. The way his silver hair just fell perfectly onto his face, and the light tainted blush on his cheeks, his cute little fox ears that twitched, his cute fluffy tail... What was he kidding? The dragon wielder was in love with the fox demon. The one and only Yoko Kurama. His one and only. Nobody would ever hurt his beloved one again as long as he lived. And he would make sure of that. From here on, he would make sure his fox stayed in the meadow until he was healed. He'd make sure of it. So gently, he slid Yoko's yukata down. Gently running his hand down the fox demon's body, careful of the wounds. His rugged, rough hands were so gentle across the smooth skin of the other demon's body. Slowly, hesitantly- he gently placed kisses on the wounds, making sure as to not wake Yoko up. Hiei was so incredibly gentle.

Then, he got up and went to fetch some bandages. It was the least he could do for now. So, he got some bandages, and some wipes to clean the wounds. He went back to Yoko, gently nudging him awake. His beautiful golden eyes met Hiei's scarlet red ones. He was confused for a moment, before noticing that Hiei was holding bandages and wipes in his hand. He froze for a moment, before sighing and just sitting there. He didn't need to speak to know what to do. He pulled his yukata down the rest of the way, covering his private area. He turned his back to Hiei. The other demon started to clean Yoko's wounds. It stung, and Yoko whimpered, but Hiei pat him on the ears for reassurance as he cleaned the wounds, being as gentle as possible with the more frail demon. He then bandaged him up and laid him back down. Ever so gently, Hiei gently grabbed the fox demon's yukata and slid it back up for him, making sure not to touch his bandaged wounds. He adjusted it once it was all the way on, fixing it for him. As a thanks, Yoko kissed him.

"I swear, I'll get rid of that damned Mazoku for ever deciding to lay his hands on you like that." Hiei spoke once he pulled away from the kiss, to which Yoko gave a light-hearted chuckle in response, before sighing. Was Hiei really strong enough to take on Yusuke? Neither of them knew, but they'd find out soon enough. Either way, it'd be a massacre. With an extreme amount of blood. The dragon wielder sat down next to his newfound lover. To which, he found himself being nuzzled against, with soft purrs emitting from the animal demon's throat and chest. Of course, the fire demon who wielded a dragon, found it absolutely adorable. To hear an animal demon purr was rare; and they only purred around someone if they had complete trust in that person. So for Yoko to nuzzle up against Hiei's chest and purr, he knew he had gained complete trust now. He knew; he had been entrusted with his life. Yoko was at his mercy, his life in Hiei's hands now. And so, Hiei would do whatever it took, to make sure that Yoko would forever be protected. And that was limitless. He'd do absolutely anything.
