Chapter 13

Reiner's POV:

"You're not using me...r-right?"

"W-what?" I asked him. "What are you talking about?" I asked him again. He didn't answer me this time.

"Bertholdt?" Again, no response. "Y-you're not using me, right?" He asked again.
I looked at Marco who was looking at Bertholdt.

"Just say no" Marco whispered.
"N-no, I'm not" I said, not sure what he meant by that. "Please don't use me" He said hugging me tightly.

"No, I will not use you. Why would I use you?" I asked him, playing with his hair. "I don't know, but please don't use me" He said. He sounded like crying. "No. I will never do that" I said trying to calm him.

After a while, both of us fall asleep...

I woke up and I looked at the clock that was on top of the TV, it's 5 pm already. Bertholdt sounds asleep. I just smile.

He looks so soft right now. I glanced at my left and finding Eren and Armin cuddling, still sleeping. I tried to get up from the couch as slowly as I can because I don't want to wake Bertholdt up.

I went to the kitchen and found Jean and Marco talking. "Oh, hey Reiner" Marco smiled. "Hey, uh, can I ask you something, Marco?" I asked him.

"Sure" He answered, still smiling. I walked towards Jean and Marco. "So you know earlier when Bertholdt asked me if I'm using him or not"
I said, slowly.

"Yeah?" Marco answered. "Do you know what he meant by that?" I asked, making a hand gesture. "Well, I don't know if he wanted me to tell you" Marco said and went to the fridge and grabbed some water.

"What do you mean? Just tell me" I said. He sighed. "What are you guys talking about? Oh and, why are Armin and Bert acting cold towards us?" Jean asked.

Marco sigh again and explain. "Yeah, so that girl told Armin and Bertholdt that you and Eren were just using them. So that's why Bertholdt kept asking you if you're using him or not" Marco sighed. Me and Jean were completely in shock.
What the fuck is wrong with this girl?!

"So you're saying that, that girl is trying to take Eren and Reiner from Armin and Bertholdt?" Jean asked, sounded a little mad. Marco nodded. "Well, does that girl know that both of them is gay?!" Jean asked making me choked on air.

"Yo, dude, you good?" Jean asked. "Why are you choking?" Marco asked. "How did you know I'm gay?" I asked and after that, both of them burst out laughing.

"You literally like Bertholdt" Jean said making me blushed and look away from them. Marco just chuckles. "Ask him out dude" Jean smirked.

"How? I don't even know if he's into guys" I said. Marco looked at Jean who was already looking at him with cheeky smirk. "Just ask him out, I'm 100% sure that he'll say yes or, ask him out but not too obvious way if you know what I mean" Jean said.
How can he be so confident that Bertholdt will say yes?

I was just thinking about it until Marco tapped my shoulder. "Just try it! I'm 100% sure he will say yes since..y'know he maybe like you" Marco said causing me to blush. "You guys are so confident" I laughed while Marco chuckled.

"Yes we are, honey" Marco said. "Did you just fucking called him 'honey'?" Jean asked angrily. Marco just looked at him.

He looked like he was trying not to laugh. "Marco, answer me" Jean said again making Marco burst out laughing. "You get jealous easily, huh?" I asked Jean and laugh after. He glared at me.

"Don't call him that or else something bad will happen" Jean said and Marco just turned 5 shades darker. "Let me just, get out from here" I said and ran to the living room where Bertholdt, Armin and Eren was.

I ran towards Bertholdt and slowly put him on my lap. He sounds asleep so, it's not a big deal. After that he just hugged me tightly and put his head on my chest.

"Why you gotta be so cute?" I asked myself slowly. I just looked at him who was sleeping peacefully until I heard Eren talking. "Hugging your future boyfriend, huh?" Eren asked, smirking.

"Shut up, you're going to wake Bertholdt and Armin" I said. He shrugged. "What time is it now?" He asked.

"5pm already" I answered him and kept playing with Bertholdt's hair. "So, are we gonna sleep here or what?" He asked while playing with Armin's hair. "I think Marco, Armin and Bertholdt will stay and the three of us must head back" I explained.

"Why do I have to leave Armin here?" He asked, he sounded a little sad. "Because of earlier. Armin is totally not in the mood to talk to you, right?" I asked. He nodded slowly.

"But, you think I can survive sleeping alone in my apartment while it's raining?" He asked.
I forgot he scares of thunders.

"Sleep at Jean's apartment then" I said. He looked at me and made a disgusted expression. "You're expecting me to sleep with a horse when the horse is also scared of thunders?" He asked and I laughed.

"Then? You rather sleep alone or sleep with Jean?" I asked him. "How about this, you and me sleep at Jean's apartment. And we sleep at the living room, the three of us" He suggested. "Why would I have to follow you?"
I asked him.

"Because both of us is scared of the thunders" Jean said out of nowhere. "You okay with that?" I asked him since..y'know, he hates Eren so much for unknown reason. "I only agreed with this because me and Marco had talked about this earlier. I will only agreed because Marco said it's okay to let him sleep in my apartment" Jean said while walking back to the kitchen.

"So, Jean already gave us the reasons so...you must follow us. No need to worry if Bertholdt or Armin thought of something else, Marco will explain to them when they are awake" Eren said.

"I only agreed if you and Jean help me. Help me how to ask Bert out" I said. Eren smirked. "Alright then"

"Deal"
