Love is constant, a neverending continuity that never fades. If it does, it was never real.

"Ugh! I'm never getting back together with him!"
10 bucks here I come—I'm a terrible friend.
Zariah screamed, pacing around her room, throwing what I assume are Finley's old clothes.
I see why he only wears the same few outfits now and then, all his clothes are in the possession of his now-ex-girlfriend.
The occasional dad shirt, of course, now that is a gem to never forget.
Last week he accidentally wore one of his dad's 'Registered Dilf: Designated I love fries' shirt.
Mr and Mr Wilder are comedic geniuses.
Zariah sat beside me on her bed, I extended the popcorn I'd been eating for the past hour. She took a handful,
"I look away for one second during the party and he's canoodling with Daphne Lindell!" Zariah wiped her face with her arm, laying down on my lap.
I rubbed her shoulder, "It's gonna be okay, Zar. Finley doesn't deserve you, you'll find someone new eventually. You should take a break from dating for a while," Zariah got back up with a groan, sniffling.
"So...hookups?" She smirked. I rolled my eyes at her, slapping her arm and earning a chuckle from her.
"No way are you going back to rebound Raya. She is a total bad influence." I lifted my finger at her sternly.
Raya Velasquez was this college girl around town who would hang out with tattooed drug-addicted or alcoholic older guys. We went to one of her parties last year and all the guys were some horndogs that I was scared to even get a drink from. Zariah always turned to her though for the occasional hookup since she never did relationships.
"I know, I know," Zariah moaned a sigh, "The sex is just so good it makes me forget everything about Finley." She rolled onto the bed, flopping on her back.
I rolled my eyes, laying down beside her.
"When did everything get so complicated?" She sighed, "Ugh, if only Finley was someone like Grant. Grant would never do shit like this,"
"You go date Grant then," I laughed, earning a pillow hit from her.
"He's head over heels for you. That boy has committed more effort into you than Finley's ever done in our relationship."
I feel like she should've made that last word plural.
I sighed, I still haven't understood why Grant ever had this liking for me. I don't want to string him along like this until I figure out if all my feelings for Atlas are gone.
He's a good guy, I don't want to hurt him.
I zoned back into the conversation,
Zariah's face went pale, her eyes rounding wide,
"I totally forgot!" She plunged her face onto her pillow, yelling something inaudible.
"I didn't quite get that, babe."
Zariah lifted her head, a large pout on her lips,
"The annual Norwalk debutant is in two months and I'm date-less," Zariah screamed into her pillow,
