Chapter 14- Date or Nah

Feb 7th, 2013

Was I dreaming or was last night real. Andrew kissed me, like my lips touched his WTF!! Today was Friday, my movie date with Austin. I looked at my alarm clock that read 5:20am. Why do I have to be up for school? Why did I choose a high school that was an hour and a half from where I live? But I got my butt off the bed and ran to the bathroom to take a fast shower. When I got out it was 5:40. My question is why do the mornings always go so fast? I then went to my closet to pick out an outfit. I then went to my makeup desk and started working on my face. I don't really uses that much makeup, I only uses foundation, powder,blush mascara and if I have time a thin liner with a wing. Today is a mascara type of day. After I was done I made my way down stairs to join my family for breakfast. My dad was the first to greet me.
"Morning Chlo" he said.
"Morning Daddy. What did u cook for breakfast?" I said.
"Chocolate chip pancakes" he said.
I took a plate from the cabinet and put 3 pancakes on a dish and enjoyed my breakfast. While I was eating my dad said, "Hey Chloe I forgot to tell you, you can't take your car today to school. I need to take it to the shop to get it fixed". I was totally fine with taking the train, I've took the train the first 2 years of school a couple days won't hurt.
"Okay that's fine with me" I told him and looked at the clock it read 6;20. I called up Victoria to see what time was she was leaving.

"Hey Chlo wats up?"
"Hey V question, what time are you leaving for school?"
"I'm heading to the train right now. Why?"
"Wait for me I'll be there in 5. My car is in the mechanic"
"Okay see you than, will grab breakfast before school"

I hung up the phone and started to get ready for school. I put my shoes on and my jean jacket and headed upstairs to get my bag. When I got back down my mom was in the kitchen talking to my dad.
"Hey momma I gotta run but I love you" I said while grabbing the money from the counter.
"Okay sweetheart I'll see you after school" Oh shit I forgot to tell her about the date with Austin.
"Mom I forgot to tell you, I'm gonna hang out with Austin today after school. He invited me over to watch a movie" I said hoping she wouldn't get mad.
"Ooohh so who is Austin?"
"He's a guy from my musical theatre class. We're going to run lines for Nine too. But I gotta go and catch the train". And with that I left, with her yelling "OKAY BE CAREFUL, LOVE YOU!!"
I looked at my phone that read 6:35. I got to the train in exactly 5 minutes just in time for the next train. Victoria saw me, I ran to her and headed inside the train. Yassss seats!!!!!
"So whats up girly? Long time no talk " Victoria told me.
"Nothing much really" she know I was lying because I started to blush instantly.
"Start talking Missy. Who's the guys?" she said.
"How do you know its a guy?" I said trying to cover it up.
"Oh so it is a girl then? Wow Chloe I knew there was something a little wrong with you but I didnt think that was it?" she said.
"Your sucks an ass you know! And I am not a lesbian. Team penis all the way. "I said hitting her on her arm and laughing.
"So if your not who's the guy, that got you blushing?" she asked.
"Andrew" I said. There was complete silence. Victoria was in shocked that name came out of my mouth.
"Andrew? Don't you hate him for what he did to you?" she said confused. So I explained it all from the beginning, from when we made up, to the confession, to the movie/sleepover part, and finally to the kiss.
"HE WHATT!!" she said after I said he kissed.
"He kissed me"
"Wow thats something" she said still in shock. "But what about Austin don't you have a date with him today?" Before I could answer we were already at our stop. Wow an hour already passed.
"I don't know Vicky. I really like Andrew and Austin. Austin is so kind and mysterious and a good time to hang around and Andrew he's so sweet and caring and always knows how to capture my heart". We walked to the breakfast cart and we were surprised when we saw Austin.
"Morning gorgeous" he said and kissed my check " You ready for tonight" he said and handed me a bag.
"Morning!! Yeah todays is going to be so much fun. And what's in here. You did not get me breakfast again?" I said looking in the bag and yes there was my morning order. "Your too good to me. Thank you sooo much, you really didn't have to" I said while giving him a hug.
"Anything for you" he said and I pulled him in for another hug, this one was longer. When I was about to pull away I saw a pair of eyes looking at us, and it was no others then Andrews. Crap what am I gonna do, the last time I talked to this kid we kissed. I know I needed to talk to him, we are just getting back to where we were a year ago and I don't want to screw this friendship up. So I did the responsible thing... took Austin and ran to school.
"Woah slow down there babe school doesn't start for another 10 minutes" he said while laughing.
"Sorry I just needed to get to school, I haven't done any of my homework", why did I just do that, I'm a liar and a bitch.
"It's fine. I'm going to meet up with the guys to talk about practice, I'll meet u back here in 5 minutes to walk you to class" he said and kissed my cheek.
As I thought I was going to get a minute alone Andrew hugs me from behind. SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIITT!!! What I'm I gonna do.
"Hey speedy, where are you going? He said. Crap there's no way of getting out of this.
"Um I was going to Mr Laurence's class to ask what I missed, so bye!! I said and I tried to escape as quickly as a I can but his strong arms wrapped tightly around me.
"Listen Chlo I know your shocked and angry with me but I can explain".
"It's fine I get it, it was a mistake you are forgiven, now if you don't mind I really need to go".
"Wait Chlo you don't understand----"
"Listen drew there's no need to explain, what's done is done" I said interrupting him. Before he could say another word Austin arrived in perfect timing.
"Hey what's going on here? And babe ready for Spanish?" Austin said. My face turned red as can be and Andrews expression matched mine.
"Oh now I get it" Andrew said.
"Andrew it's not what it seems where just friends. Listen I have to go but we can talk later. Come on Austin" I said and gave Andrew a hug and waked to class with Austin.
Me and Austin walked to class quietly. We talk to each other a couple of time for an answer or to ask how excited I was for tonight. Spanish, English and U.S history flew by like a breeze. Lunch came, and I was in one of those moods, like those bi polar ones. I didn't want to talk to no one or see anyone. Andrew, the kiss, the friendship was all I thought about.I saw Andrew enter the lunch rooms and right behind him entered Austin, great. I was sitting with Victoria, and Maria at our usual spot and put my head down.
"Chlo are you okay?" Maria asked me.
I nodded my head, if you are one of my friends then you should know to leave me alone if I was in one of these moods. I then felt a head on the crook of my neck and arms around my stomach. I could smell his cologne from anywhere, it was no other than Andrew himself. I was confused, more likely my feelings were. One minute I want nothing more than his friendship and the others I want to attack his face. I'm in deep shit. I didn't say anything and neither did he.
"I'm sooo sorry princess I didn't mean to hurt you" he whispered softly in my ear. His breath against my ear sent chills down my spine. Damn what is this kid doing to me. I just nodded my head unable to speak.
"Can you come over later so we can talk?" I nodded
"So I'll see you later than" he said and kissed me on the cheek and with that he left. I wasn't feeling any better once Musical Theatre class hit. I took a seat and waited for Mr Laurence, once he came he told us to make up choreography and we we are going to perform them Monday for critics. I picked a contemporary piece which is my strongest dance and it's where a common dance for a deep story. I was thinking of a classic a girl falling in love with a boy to the song "Lightweight" by Demi Lovato. As a choreographer I need to look for some inspiration or come up with an "as if" that tells me Who I'm talking to?, What is my purpose?, What happens if I don't get my point? across and ect.. I took a piece a paper and started to plan my ideas out when no other than Austin interrupted me.
"Hey sorry to bother you but before I forget, after class I'll meet you by your locker".
"Um why do you need to meet me at my locker?" I said not looking up from my paper.
"Your coming over silly. You didn't forget right?" He said. Oh shit I forgot, Andreww!!!! How can I forget we were talking about this all day.
"Right just messing around with you, okay your locker after school" I said.
"You mean your locker" he said clarifying.
"Right that's what I said" and with that he left awkwardly.

Hey guys sorry I haven't posted in a while, with school, plays and test I've been so busy. I promise to update more.
