GEORGIANA HAD NEVER RUN as hard as she was running at that moment. Every muscle fired off as she sprinted after the man she had been chasing for months. She could hear the footsteps of her partner and team coming from behind her but she didn't have any spare seconds to look at them. Ginny would be damned to hell before she'd let that sick son of a bitch getaway. That was when he hit a dead-end, smacking the wall in pure anger.

"Erik Belarussio, put your hands where I can see them!" She shouted, lining his glossy forehead up in her sights. One-shot was all it would take, one shot to finish it all.

"It's funny to me Isabelle," It almost impressed her the way he was able to use her fake name as an insult, "that you think this is the end," The arrogant man snarled at her. His murderous eyes staring her down from the opposite end of the alleyway.

Ginny stayed frozen, her team filing in around her, "I'm not gonna ask again Erik, put your hands up!" She screamed at him.

He laughed at her. He fucking laughed.

"You know better than to shoot me."

Ginny raised her eyebrows, antagonizing him further, "I wouldn't bet on it." She hated his nonchalant attitude. She had a gun pointed at his skull and still had the audacity to poke at her.

"You can't hide from him, you know?" If Ginny didn't know better, she would've believed the fake sympathy rolling off his tongue. It seemed so easy for him, though she wasn't one to talk.

But the false emotions faded so quickly she questioned if they were even there at all, "When're you going to admit to yourself that maybe you weren't pretending, that being a criminal was fun." Erik cocked his head, licking his lips as he practically undressed her with his eyes, "You can't stand there and tell me it was all a lie, can you?" The smirk he had made her sick to her stomach.

"I can." She growled, "And I will."

The last thing she heard was the sound of his cocky laughter and the sound of shots firing before it was over.

Finally, it was all over.
