INSTITUTION RULES
1. DURING THE HOURS OF 12AM - 5PM, TRAINEES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO EXIT THEIR DESIGNATED STAGE AREAS.
2. STAGE COLORS ARE TO BE WORN IN SOME CAPACITY AT ALL TIMES. WHITE FOR STAGE ONE, BLUE FOR STAGE TWO, AND YELLOW FOR STAGE THREE. IF COLORS ARE MIXED (I.E. STAGE ONE WEARING STAGE TWO COLORS), THE COLORED BAND PROVIDED MUST BE VISIBLY WORN TO DESIGNATE THE TRAINEE'S CORRECT STAGE.
3. MEALS ARE TO BE TAKEN IN THEIR PROPER AREAS. BREAKFAST IN THE DORM LOBBIES, LUNCH IN THE STAGE CAFETERIAS, AND DINNER IN THE FESTIVAL HOUSE. ANY CHANGE IN MEAL LOCATION WILL BE ANNOUNCED THE DAY PRIOR TO SAID CHANGE.
4. THERE SHALL BE NO INTERACTION BETWEEN TRAINEES OF DIFFERENT STAGES OTHER THAN THAT OF THE AMPHITHEATRE AND FESTIVAL HOUSE IN THE EVENINGS.
5. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS REQUIRED 3/7 DAYS A WEEK FOR A MINIMUM OF 30 MIN. EACH DAY OUTSIDE OF CLASS TIME.
6. THE MONTHS OF DECEMBER, JANUARY, AND FEBRUARY ARE THE DESIGNATED BREAK MONTHS AND NO CLASSES SHALL BE IN SESSION DURING THIS TIME
.
7. A SPECIALTY MUST BE CHOSEN BY THE START OF A TRAINEE'S SECOND STAGE.8.TRAINEES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE FOREST AT ANY TIME WITHOUT AN ADVISOR.
9. NIGHTLY LIGHTS OUT TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 10PM FOR STAGE ONES; 12AM FOR STAGE TWOS & STAGE THREES.
10. PUNCTUALITY IS A REQUIREMENT. FAILURE TO BE PUNCTUAL MAY RESULT IN TIME IN THE ISOLATION HOUSE.
11. THE BREAKING OF ANY RULES WILL SUBJECT THE TRAINEE TO THE ISOLATION HOUSE; THE AMOUNT OF TIME WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE SEVERITY OF PUNISHMENT REQUIRED.
12. IT IS AMONG THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MANAGERS TO DETERMINE WHETHER ALL TRAINEES ARE FIT FOR SPECIALIZATION - THOSE UNFIT WILL THEREBY BE RELEASED FROM THE TRAINING PROGRAM AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE WILL OF THE ELDERS.
