I feel so excited as we get down from the jeep and walk on the small pathway between the trees to God knows where.
"Did you tell him to get rid of the jeep?" Vansh asks Michael as they walk in front of me along with Angre who is holding a big torch in his hands, illuminating the path. While Angre's twin and Kai are coming behind me.
"Yeah. He will come and take it within a few minutes." Michael answers.
"Who is he talking about?" I stop and whisper to Kai after I begin walking beside them.
"The jeep owner." Kai replies, looking at me. I frown.
"Is the jeep not Michael's?" I ask, perplexed. Angre's twin shakes his head.
"No. We can't bring anything on our own to this country unless if our motive is for good." Angre's twin explains while we move forward on the path which is filled with dry leaves and twigs.
"Yeah. This country is under full control of Kabir. As we are here to save you from him, we can't bring our vehicles inside. And everyone here is his man. They must be following us, we can't leave anything that may lead them to us." Kai says further, shrugging his shoulders. I nod my head taking in the information.
"Then how did you all come here? And what about the jeep's owner? Is he not his man?" I ask curiously.
"Boss has some known people here who work for money. The Jeep owner is one of them." Kai replies, while tucking his hands inside his pockets.
"And we came by our chopper till the border and then on that jeep." Angre's twin says after.
Is this country that much shut and dangerous?
"I thought that Mr. X was a stupid. But you are making him up like he is really a big don." I make a bad face.
"You don't know him well then. He is cunning and always plays dirty. But you are correct in a way, that asshole is kind of stupid. But if he wants, he can be dangerous too." Kai says casually. I shake my head hearing the sweet word. My poor baby ears!
Yeah, He can be dangerous. But I am not afraid of him. And it seems that these people are not afraid of him as well.
"Whatever! I am not afraid of that stupid villain." I shrug carelessly.
